Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.

Darien was very professional and detailed in his voice mail to me, as well as our face to face appointment. My phone was fixed in the time frame that he had quoted me. He was friendly and efficient which was greatly appreciated!
The printer ceased working. After efforts to diagnose and fix the problem myself I called teck support and explained what I perceived the problem to be. The teck took over from there and in a very short time resolved the problem.
He also took additional steps so that the problem would not occur again. I am a very satisfied customer..

I was frustrated going into this chat because I had been on multiple chats, went in store and tried all the troubleshooting. Nikkea and this Asurion chat were my last resort. Not only did Nikkea go above and beyond my expectations they did it fast and efficiently. I'm so grateful as it was getting frustrating nit getting group messages outside of iPhones.
Open a claim online, recieved a call to let me know they were ready for it, went to the store and in about an hour the phone screen was replaced with an original part so it wouldnt cause problems later.

I dropped my Samsung Watch and broke it. I filed a claim on-line and immediately a chat line was opened. My claim was filed and accepted within 30 minutes or so. They were very polite and professional. I received a shipping label to return the broken watch immediately. Amazing service!

I received my new iPhone on Tuesday night. I waited till I was "fresh" on Wednesday to start the change over from my iPhone 7 to my new iPhone 14 Pro. I think that I was in contact with 4-5 techs over the last 2 days. Everyone was good, repeating back to me what I was asking for and then helping me march forward with the transitions. My iPhone 14 had an especially difficult to change over. Everyone was very nice.
Asurion took care of my claim from beginning to end. Everything was done rapidly, efficiently and courteously. All I had to do was start a claim online and a return shipping box and label was delivered to my home. I packed my laptop in the box and UPS picked it up. My laptop was repaired and returned to me within a week and that was during Christmas! Keep up the good work!
The rep was patient and empathetic to my (previous stoke) inability to quickly respond and allowed me time to type out my issues and responses while all along responding graciously, helping me resolve my issue.
I have been paying for Asurion for several years for insurance for my cell phone. When I finally needed to use the insurance, I filled out all the required information online and submitted the claim. They indicated that they would send a representative out to replace my phone, and setup a window that they would be on location. They no-call no-show and never came out. They then indicated via phone that in fact, this isn't a service they do in house, and that they contract this out and have no control whatsoever on their providers. They are happy to reschedule the service day after day, but there's no guarantee that they'll fulfill their obligation. I ended up having to purchase a new phone from a different company, because they aren't able to fulfill contractual obligations.

Bought an Amazon Basics shredder with the Asurion warranty. It broke before the end of the warranty. I filed a claim & got someone I could hardly understand. Tells me I have to wait up to 5 days for them to send me a return box & shipping label for them to repair it. I ask where the repair shop is, maybe I can drive it there quicker. He's not allowed to tell me, he says. WHAAT? Then, he tells me it will take 10 days to repair the shredder once they receive it, after they assess the problem. Then another 5 days to return ship it from the mystery repair place. So, because this crappy shredder crapped out before the warranty expired, I will have to lose my AMAZON BASICS shredder for almost three weeks. Some warranty! BEWARE of buying anything on Amazon that is offered with a warranty by ASURION!
Very unprofessional! I lost my wallet and phone and they said I have to go to the dmv to get my license before they can help me!? I work 70 hrs a week and am without a phone until then. I was on the phone over an hour and even spoke with a supervisor. Dania said that management does not talk to customers on the phone. VerY displeased and this business is running at&t into the ground.
We bought some football gloves for my son and bought the protection plan. The gloves start to come apart, I go to the website to file a claim and they wont let me. Tell me to contact the store where I made the purchase. What is the point of the protection plan if I'm just returning the item to the store. What a scam

I had an issue with my battery going from 97% charged to 1% charged whenever I was connecting the charger to the charging port. Diana was able to help me with downloading a battery life APP and help diagnose the issue with the battery and possibly the charging connector. She did this with making me feel at ease during the whole procedure. You could tell during the chat that she has been doing this for a while and is very good at her profession.
I never purchase protection plans but with the amount of the purchase that I made on Amazon it thought it would be best. As it turned out I did have to file a claim. The agent that I had was Jia and the process was resolved quickly and without any difficulties. Purchasing the protection plan ended up being the best purchase I made, too bad the product wasn't as good.
They did a great job replacing the front screen and back camera on my galaxy 22 ultra in a timely manner! Thank you again!

Asurion provided outstanding service in helping me replace a lost iPhone.
It took Asurion four days from the time I initially filed a claim to get a repair person out, only to conclude that my phone was not repairable. I then filed a claim for a replacement phone, which I was told would be delivered next day. It wasn't! I'm now waiting an additional day. It will be exactly one week from the time I initially contacted Asurion until I have a new phone. Not at all what they purport to be their service level. I'll drop my coverage as soon as I have my new phone in hand, never to be an Asurion customer again.

Stay away from Asurion. It's a rip-off.
