Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
I needed my Bosch dishwasher fixed and this unit was difficult to figure out. The pump was on the side. But the customer service people, my service advocate and the technician, Jaime, who fixed my dishwasher in the end, were exceptional. I highly recommend them.
I scheduled a repair. They never showed up. Called again, rescheduled appointment they never showed up, They said they would email a gift card for my inconvenience and it was never sent, What a joke, Don't waste your money on this service,
My case was not fully secured on my phone and I dropped it cracking the screen. I was easily able to submit a claim to insurance and it resolve it that day! I took my phone to a repair store that was nearby. I dropped it off and within a couple hours they had it fixed and good as new!
I called assurion and they scheduled a tech to come to my house within the next day. The tech Brayden sent a text message with greetings and made everything so smoothly and accommodating. He came even sooner than expected and did the repair very fast. I will be using them for any repairs
I needed a battery replacement. I was able to leave my phone and return shortly after to a new battery and cleaned phone. Service was friendly and efficient. I recommend this location for great service

My daughter cracked her phone screen and her phone was no longer working. When I got to the technician, he assured me that he would be able to help me and he gave me a timeframe when I got there to pick up the phone. Everything was working. It was a simple as that and he was very nice upon me coming and going.
I had to speak to someone about a few different warranties I had. Ricky helped me and he was very patient and helpful. He answered all my questions and never seemed to be bothered. I appreciate the help he gave me. The experience was very good.
My experience was a great one with this company. The associates were very knowledgeable and explained every detail to me. I got my phone back and it looked new (my phone was pretty banged up). I got my phone back fast too.
I've heard horror stories about having yout phone repaired. I didn't experience anything but the best service possible. They were prompt to the appointment time, and within 15 minutes my phone was repaired and brought back to me. They came to my job and repaired it.
Repair was advertized as next day. Its been four days and I still do not have my phone.
The rep I spoke to before sending in my phone swore up and down that the phone would be returned next day. I also made it clear that I would not have a phone to contact them and asked about alternative methods of contact. Was told I would be able to get in touch with Asurion using the Verizon online chat service. This was a lie. Verizon is unable to contact Asurion.
Total garbage service that is not delivered as advertized and even worse customer service from both companies.
From the time that I got on the phone with asurion which I believe I was speaking with a lady who was helping me and I don't remember her name was an awesome experience, and she was nice as well not even knowing that I was having a crazy day, but who ever the lady was she was nice and then there's the two guys Kyle and Kirby. They were awesome and they were patient and they were helpful and they were thoughtful and they were supportive and this whole entire time. I had no idea what I was dealing with and they were able to keep me calm and to know that everything will be OK and they fix my phone and help me get back home which was an hour and a half away I stood inside AT&T for 45 minutes and not one single soul address me or helped me, and when they finally did all they told me was to go to these people seven doors down you break I fix. They didn't help me do a claim or anything but everyone else is great. AT&T was horrible.
Staff are nice, system is ridiculously slow and inefficient. We've been told numerous times our replacement device was on the way only to be continually emailed for more paperwork. It's appalling. Two weeks without a business phone and they seem to not care. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Warranty although since they continue to fail to actually process the paperwork sent to them now 5+ times, and fail to replace the device under warranty, despite continued assurances it will be done, it's not actually warranty but a money grab.
I have been using Asurion for about a year now and can honestly say that it has been a life saver. I have sent them multiple devices and they have fixed them and sent them back. The whole process takes about two weeks. Its defiantly worth the money.
Jason helped me activate my phone today. He knew the equipment that he was dealing with and exactly how to walk me through what I had to do on my end. I was very impressed with his knowledge and ability to walk me through what is a difficult task for me.

The clock and timer board went bad. The issue was resolved quickly so glad we bought the insurance protection. The customer service person ( Paul) was so nice and resolved the issue within the first call. Thanks, Donna Mc
Bought an extended warranty on a gas grill. Needed the burners replaced. Warranty came through with a complete grill replacement. Definitely going to buy the extended warranty again. These folks were very easy to deal with.
I was struggling with one of my phones, I was directed here and I'm glad I was. The customer service was excellent, instructions were clear and they were also really patient, I would recommend it 10/10
The screen on my phone was cracked and it was very hard to see anything. I filed a claim and they sent out a technician with my new phone the very next day. He was so knowledgeable and had my new phone all set up and working! With the insurance, I had a new phone and gained some knowledge for only $75.00! I highly recommend the insurance with Asurion.
They helped me in every thing I needed to get my ice maker to them and how to find the serial number and how to ship it., they were prompt to let me know they received the product and if it could be fixed.and what they were going to do to resolve the issue.thank you.
I accidentally drop my iPad Pro and the screen cracked on the lower corner. I immediately submitted a claim with Asurion home + within one day I was able to take it to a certified shop and they were able to ship it out to specialist repair facility. They were able to repair my iPad within day and ship my device next day air. They did a great and quick job!
The whole process was extremely straightforward and easy. I found it so easy to file a claim that it helped comfort me in knowing how easy it was for me to have my products secured by Asurion and how easy it was to reach them.
I paid for 2 and 1/2 years for a cell phone protection plan and when time came that I needed a replacement and was about to file a claim, I found out I would have to pay $200+ out of pocket for the new phone. Considering that I paid $15 for all this time (=$450 over 2 and 1/2 years), I might as well buy a brand new one. Shouldn't have signed up for this. They never explained how much of a co-pay would be added to a claim. It's very misleading and I am very disappointed that Bell mobility endorses these guys. I wish they had never offered me this plan.
