Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.

The screen on my phone was cracked and it was very hard to see anything. I filed a claim and they sent out a technician with my new phone the very next day. He was so knowledgeable and had my new phone all set up and working! With the insurance, I had a new phone and gained some knowledge for only $75.00! I highly recommend the insurance with Asurion.

My son spilled milk on my laptop and a fan was going/gone out. I set up my claim on line. Within two days I had the box and shipping labels at my door. In less than two weeks I had a new laptop on my desk due to the fact that my old laptop was non repairable. No delays. I recently had an issue with the LG refrigerator that we purchased in August of 2019. Luckily, we made the investment to purchase the protection plan at the time of the purchase. The claim process was simple, I was just fortunate enough to keep all of my original receipts for my purchase. The online claim processes were easy to understand, and after the claim submission, I had to the opportunity to chat with a claim's agent, and that process was also simple as well as reassuring.

Trying to quit the service. I called the number and finally someone answers. However they cannot cancel service and transfer you to another person. Again on hold forever. I called my credit card to cancel the future payments.

The Service man was awesome he calls the day before and called the day of before he got here he was very polite, he ordered the part told me when part would be delivered and gave me a date and time he would come back and everything he said was done exactly how he said. He came back and got it done really quick and my ice maker is working great the thing that water line goes Thu the box was busted and was leaking water on my floor but I'm all good now thank you very much!

I finally called and was really surprised with the ease of the process, they shipped parts out to my house and the tech was great and let me know about the product and what he was doing to repair. Had two items to claim, one was a camera that had been damaged, the other was one I'd forgotten I had a warranty for (carpet cleaner). Was able to get a ecard for price of camera and a service/repair for cleaner. Online chat support was better than expected and very clear with what needed done and would be done.

Lost my phone, got a replacement quickly that was unusable because it was still password protected. After calling and jumping through a ton of hoops (including finding a printer to print and sign an affidavit about why I needed a second replacement) I was able to get a working replacement after 2 weeks of being without a phone. I sent the non working phone back in the box they provided and gave them a tracking number provided by USPS. 10 days later I spoke with another representative at Asurian and confirmed the device was received. Now, over 60 days later, I am being charged $620 on my phone bill for not returning the device.
I no longer have the tracking information from usps and have been jerked around on the phone between Att and Asurian for over 2 hours trying to resolve this issue, to no avail.

I Phoned to enquire about my extended warranty from Costco, on my 65 inch LG television. The lady that took my call was both patient and courteous with me. She made me feel so good about having bought the extended warranty. I was also not as well prepared as I could and should have been, complicating matters further. She even registered my warranty for this and another LG 50 inch TV that was also purchased at Costco, I had purchased for my daughter. I thought I had registered both with Asurian but must have made an error when doing so, as both were not in the data base. This lady had me get the receipts for both and together we got the job done. I had the TV repaired within a week once this was done. Thanks so much. Well worth the additional cost.
