Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
Ronaldo helped me file a claim for my sons phone. I didn't have access to the IMEI number and he helped me through the whole process in contacting Apple to retrieve it. He waited patiently on the line while I got all the info he needed to process the claim! Wonderful customer service! Would highly recommend!
I had a problem with my laptop and my warranty with HP had expired, so I contacted Asurion via chat. They were very nice and were able to help me with my claim. I'm excited to get my laptop fixed and get it back.
Issue with battery and it would not charge. I had to keep the phone charged into the wall with my turbo charger not even the USB cable would charge the phone so on Christmas my cell phone became a house phone
When I tried to file my claim online, it was turned down. I called and was sent a form to file a claim. I emailed it back with the required info and I received $299.99 on a gift card to Staples, the price of my printer, that evening. I purchased a more expensive printer, used the $299.99 and purchased another plan. Did not have to send old printer back.
From the time my device was damaged, the Asurion team kept me informed during the time that they had my product. Upon receiving my product back it was as if I'd just received it from the factory. Great work!
I have had to experience but horrible. First I sent a phone back for cracked front screen, I mailed it off to them to be told they would not fix it due to back being cracked I advised them it was not cracked when I sent it they argued with me and refused to fix it, sent me the phone back and the back was not cracked after calling them back and speaking to manager sending picture proofs of back not cracked they apologized and they would send a replacement phone amd to send that one in. Second one cracked screen they won't fix first they said it had water damage which I know it did not then they tried to tell me it had a bent frame they are a scam!
I have been going on 3 weeks weeks trying to resolve a lost phone with Asurion. ATT verified everything to be correct on my end and cannot understand why Asurion is being so difficult. Asurion is being fraudulent.
I had a LG thin Q 8 phone insured it for 3 years at $13.00 a month for 3 years for a total of $468.00 then Asurion wanted a deductible of $150.00 for a grand total of $618.00 to top it off they offered to replace it with a 3 year old phone! They offered to replace it with a Samsung galaxy s10 not sold by T-Mobil for quite some time now. I can buy the phone for $154.00 right now! Its a scam in my eyes.

I had a very good experience with using the Asurion insurance. I called and reported my shredder wasn't working & i was given a claim number and told I would be refunded the full price of the shredder within 7 - 10 business days. I received my refund within the specified time frame thru the USPS.
I will most definitely use the Asurion insurance again.

I am very pleased with the customer service I received when I reported my phone was stolen. They made my issue a priority and minimized the time I was without a phone. From the start of the claim to the activating of the phone was amazing. Glad I have this service.

It was easy to file the claim for my iPad. The screen was cracked and cut my finger. A few simple questions and my deductible and my iPad is already on the way. Way better then having to buy a new one. Have you seen the prices on these things.

Life is shorty and time is expensive. It almost an hour to get my claim taken care of. The process for making a was redundant and inefficient. I ended up having to call to actually get my claim taken care of. Something I was trying to avoid. Again life is short and time is not refundable.

Received virus issue at 7pm and do not know how or why got this issue? Described issue to technician and he pinpointed issue quickly and told me what to check in Settings. Removed an item not familiar with and it appears to resolve issue. A quick process. Much appreciated.
Once everything is ready, the repair is fast, but the process of making the claim is not easy, after filing the claim you have to prepare to make calls, to continue the process that is supposed to be automated,
And waste a lot of time on those calls

The only reason I gave a one start review is because the two representatives I spoke with on the phone were at least friendly, otherwise I would give zero stars. My issue was a cracked screen that needed to be fixed. I was first told someone would visit me the day after I filed my claim to fix the screen. No one called or texted. I called Asurion the next day and was told, "Oh, there is no one in your area to do that. I could either mail in my phone which would take up to 8 business days to return or take it to a ubreakifix dealer myself. There is one of those close to me so I called and it would be $165+tax to have it fixed and they did not contract with Verizon/Asurion. And of course Verizon would get me another phone for $199. If I had a tech close by, with my insurance it would cost me $29.00 to have this issue resolved. WHY DO I HAVE INSURANCE. This is all a scam for everyone, ubreakifix and Verizon. I haven't been this frustrated in a very long time!
