Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.

Incredibly, we are paying 4 lines in a family plan with Verizon and Asurion for "insurance for the phone", which is $ 449.00 a month and I have the galaxy note 10+ 5G 256GB white. I have to pay $ 199.00 to send me my replacement, ohh! But Asurion tells me that they do not have my phone in white, they do not even have it in any color. So they can send me the black but I have to wait about 5 or 7 days...
Who told ASURION that I want another color...

I am so upset with the choice of phones that asurion gave me as a replacement. I had a Google pixel 4 and the junk 4a that I recieved from asurion doesn't even compare. Not only did it not work for anything that I needed, it is a cheaper phone than what my phone is. I'm so upset with this! And to top that spectrum did not have any phones to upgrade my line so I just had to switch to verizon! It took me 3 hours to get all of that done. Thanks for trying to push the crappy phone onto me that no one else wanted!

Don't let them send you phone if lesser capabilities or value than that of the phone you have been paying insurance on!

They shipped me the box and everything for the laptop repair. When it wasn't repairable they very quickly sent me a check for the full amount of the laptop. When I purchased another I went with Asurion protection again.
Matt used remote access to connect my WD MyCloud and map the drives I needed. The inability to map these drives was caused by a very short power outage and I was unable to solve the issue myself. Matt did a great job.

Repair was made quickly and tested to see if it worked.

My experience was better that I even imagined that it would've been because I lost my phone and the process was both easy and fast because I received my replacement phone by FedEx in less than two days later, but I'm not surprised because we used the insurance before, for my sons phone that was broken and a technician came to our house and fixed my sons phone. Great job!

I am very pleased with my experience. Asfandbar helped with all of my questions and concerns. All of my questions were clarified and after 2 days of having trouble setting up my apple watch, we got it done in 30 minutes! Towards the end, he thoroughly explained my eligibility for the new home protection plan and all of its benefits, & though I wasn't interested, he was very persuasive and not annoyingly pushful in trying to get me to purchase anything I didn't want too. Would definitely recommend this help method to a friend!

My 75" QLED 8K tv went out just over a year after purchase—right outside of the manufacturer's warranty. I thought I was now the proud owner of a 75" paperweight. I submitted a claim for the tv through Asurion, and although it took some doing, my tv was repaired and is now back on my wall entertaining my family.
Getting a replacement Phone took less then 10 Mins to do, I was asked just a few questions and I was done my new phone arrived the next day.

I got a cellphone for two almost two years and im with asurion paying $15 monthly so my cellphone breckendown and i made a claim. As everyone knows gadjet or technology depreciate quick and every year you got something better. By saying all these after two years your technology is almost outdate.so after two years if my device need to be replace its hat to be update or at least they should give a gift card that value your device so you can get something better

I had both two iphones and they both worked fine. However, i wanted the two phone numbers switched from a red phone 14 to a blue phone 12. The technical support helped me do this maneuver. I owe them my greatest respect for their knowledge and expertise.
I broke the screen on my phone and knew i had to get it fixed as soon as possible. I walked in to the store and the technician guided me in the right direction. I was unable to dial on my phone from where the screen had cracked so he let me call from the store phone to be able to start the claim and get my phone fixed asap. He was respectful and professional the whole time i was there. My phone screen was replaced in a timely manner and my phone was like new when i got it back. I will always recommend the Cinco Ranch location to my family and friends from now on.

There customer service sux. I had my phone stolen and it was thru Verizon. Well to make a insurance claim I gotta go thru these morons. I'm over a month into it and they keep telling me I'm using a Samsung s9 to make the phone call so they can't replace my samsung s20 cause I'm not using that phone. No $#*!in $#*! I'm not using that phone it was stolen. So basically I buy a 1600$ s20 thru Verizon and I'm gunna get stuck with a s9 cause thats the phone im making my claim on. I already have a s9 dont want another one. Especially an old phone outdated for 1600$. Thats verizon and asurion for u. They both suck as a company
Cost to fix the back glass on your phone You get charged $250 to fix your back glass that doesn't even do anything on your phone but it's only $29 to fix your front glass of the touchscreen that makes no sense whatsoever you get an F on that
I have always had an excellent impression of Assurion, however, when it came to sending my Apple Pro notebook for repair, I was extremely disappointed.
After 10 days the computer came back to me without repair because, despite being an Apple Pro notebook, they identified it as Model A1398 and therefore returned the computer without touching it.
I had to open a new claim and Assurion will pay 4 shipping costs because some stupid person didn't call or send an email to confirm that the computer was the same, and I will be without the machine for almost 1 month.

First of all the process of filing a claim is designed to discourage the filing of claims. Unless you have electronic signature software you might give up filing the claim. After this hurdle you will endure more hurdles. They will review your claim (2 days) and have a technician call you. In my case, my element TV was not fixable. (another 2 days). Then after several contacts with a foreign agent, I was given a choice of 3 replacement TV's. Finally in frustration I was able to speak to a "supervision" in a foreign country. I gave him 2 days to get my replacement TV or I was filing a claim with the Attorney General. After another 2 days my replacement was delivered by Best Buy which is strange because the broken TV was purchased at Walmart. The replacement was just what I requested and it works. I learned the following: don't buy an Asurion/Walmart extended warranty; In filing a claim hang in there and finally if you are patient you may get a replacement TV. YOU WILL NOT GET A CHECK!

Asurion rep made everything quick and easy to get my money back. I was a bit surprised to get my money back in the form of an online e-giftcard to Walmart, since I was told it would be a check mailed to me. I did use it. It was a biy annoying to have to keep looking up the card when it was time to pay with it. Everything else was fine.
