Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
I scheduled a repair with asurion to fix my screen. I paid an upfront fee of $29.00. My appointment was anywhere from 3-5pm for a tech to arrive at my house. I've been home all day and left specific instructions for them to call me 10 minutes before they arrive so I can make sure my dogs are put up. Not to mention they're supposed to call 30 minutes before they are on their way anyways. After 5 I decided to check the track my tech app and it said that my repair was complete however a tech never showed up. I called them and they told me he showed up at 4:51pm and I wasn't home. Not once did my dogs go crazy, did I hear/see a vehicle, or did I get a knock on the door. They told me I would need to reschedule for another day.
I completed my claim online. The steps were easy. The replacement phone arrived at my house The next day.
I was told I was getting a new phone because my phone was under the factory warranty and i was disappointed to receive a refurbished phone. Jayson helped me through setting up my phone and when I accidentally reset the new phone instead of the old he was very kind and walked me through it again. I really appreciate his patience and informative help.
I dropped my phone and the screen broke about half way down. I live in a small town about 60 miles from the closest city. The problem was the screen however I could not get a repairman to come on site even though it was done in past. My option was to mail in and be without a phone for 5-6 days or wait on new device which was back ordered. This was during an extremely busy time at my work and I missed a lot of customers. I could still call but couldn't see to text nor check out with my apps. Also couldn't erase my voicemail and my mailbox was full. It caused so many problems. I finally had it over a week and half and called customer service to demand something. I was directed to call after midnight as soon as shipment arrived. I woke up and did and got no where except to be told to call again at 6 am. Same. Took me 2 hours to get someone to finally do something. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was hung up on twice before that happened. Absolutely ridiculous. If we pay for a product it should be available or something comparable to replace immediately
When we got Asurion for phone protection everything we saw said that we would get a replacement phone within 24hrs if we filed a claim, even Verizon was telling us that. The other day I had to make a claim and now they say that my replacement is on back order because they are out of stock. Before this nothing was ever said about Asurion not having phones on stock. If they don't have phones on stock they shouldn't false advertise having them.
I purchased a Samsung 21. I went a vacation with my family and my phone got stolen, I was paying insurance on it. I did a claim and it got denied. I called back and they wouldn't tell me why it was denied. The only answered they had was to read the term and conditions.

I had an issue with my tv and started a claim. The very next day I was emailed with an approved claim and I was quickly informed of each step that I'd need to take until my tv was at my door! I appreciate this service and have no intentions of canceling EVER
Steelseries 7's man I love them, but they don't seem to be the sturdiest headset lol. 2nd time they've broken down on me but Asurions been on the ball with the claims so not to much of a hassle getting them replaced.
So I had issues with the first amp I purchased with GC. I was passed the 40 day return policy, but they allowed me to return it bc of the ProCoverage I had purchased. Idk why, but it happened. I ordered a new amp (used, but new to me) off the online GC store. It was a black pepper super sonic 60. Within a month of owning it I had a blown transformer bc of a surge issue at a skatepark show I played at with my band. Asurion took care of it and it did not cost me a dime. The quote was roughly 500 dollars and took a while because of the part. Not Asurion or the shops fault! Either way, I would highly recommend ProCoverage especially if you're an active musician.
Setting my new iphone and transferring data wasn't as easy as I thought. The rep, Chanta, was very patient, good with tutorial text directions and very quick to respond to my questions in order to move forward. I appreciated her help very much.

I paid into insurance for years. When I dropped my phone I put in a claim to replace the screen for $49. They told me they couldn't fix it because the mobile klinik they use for repairs couldn't get any Samsung parts due to couldn't. So they forced me to pay $316 for a replacement device even though I paid to have the cheaper repair option. Then they gave me the run around for 3 months where I had to continue calling almost daily hoping I'd just give up and go away. They now tell me they can't send me a replacement device because I live rural and have a PO box. They say they can't send to a Canada Post location or a telus location for me to drive 1.5 hours in to pick it up as it's against their policy. Finally I begged them after over 3 months to provide me some kind of solution. They told me there is none. So basically they stole from me. I paid for insurance and when it came time for a cla refused to provide me with the service.

Treadmill I purchased from $#*!s: was defective from the beginning, as technician found out when he arrived at my home. Unfortunately, due to Covid, or whatever the problem is it took the technician almost 2 months to arrive at my home. He fixed the factory defect, it could have happened elsewhere; I cannot know when, or why it happened. I simple know I was without my treadmill, so yes buy an insurance policy, I do not assemble treadmills, but I learned alot from the technician, who did an excellent job.

I needed claims for 3 tablets that all have the same issue. Maylene took my requests and handled all 3 in record time and was very straight and to the point! Maylene is the savior of all things electronic and should be given paid leave time and expense account a raise and anything else that would reward them! Staff at my local Asurion are very knowledgeable and curtious. Had my cracked cell phone screen repaired in 2hr's. Staff also helped in selecting a screen protector for my particular model and installed it while I waited. Very satisfied with Asurion and their staffs service.
I needed to get my battery replaced so called AT&T and was sent to Asurian. From there the nightmare began. Spent 30 minutes with the first guy and he dropped my call and didn't call me back. Spent 90 minutes with the next guy and he told me… Get this… Go to Apple Store and they will fix your phone for you. Made
A Genius Bar appointment —Apple said they didn't know what I was talking about. I called again and the 3rd rep apologized and after 45 minutes scheduled for me to go to a store that was an hour away. I got there and the store said they did have the parts and why didn't the rep check before making the appointment for me. The store sent me to another store. Driving over, I decided to call Asurian just to make sure — spent another 45 minutes with rep #4…to only have him tell me none of the stores had the parts and I would need to wait for a remote visit. Literally countless hours on the phone and the issue was not resolved. I give up.

I wasn't receiving emails from my Verizon mail app as of 230 pm yesterday. The tech Joaquin who I was messaging suggested getting the Microsoft app for my Microsoft email. Added it and wallah, my emails flowed into my app and now I am a very happy customer! Thank you very much!
Tech helped walk me through clising down my old phone for tade in. Multiple steps and twch patiently waited as I downloaded a large amount of items. Found alternate programs when some didn't work. It is appreciated to get true customer service and not be made to feel incompetent when lost or stck in programming. Thank you.
