Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
Damaged phone. Information taken about problem from customer service. Only took less than 15 minutes and confirmed to receive replacement. Great service.
ASSURION INSURANCE CLAIM PROCESS IS VERY EASY AND EXTREMELY QUICK TO SEND A REPLACEMENT DEVICE. I DON'T KNOW OF ANY OTHER INSURANCE COMPANY THAT CAN SERVICE SUCH AN EXPANSE OF PERSONS HAVING DIFFICULTY ON THE SAME DAY BUT IT HAPPENS. I HOPE THEY CONTINUE TO PROVIDE US WITH THESE CLAIM BENEFITS.
Asurion made it easy. Apple did not. I love Apple products but their service is terrible. They only want you to purchase a new product.

I got my replacement phone from Asurion a little under two weeks ago because I fell and cracked the entire back of my original iPhone. My original phone was dropped on pavement without a case, yet none of the three cameras broke. I have not dropped my phone once since using the replacement. One of the cameras shattered within a week of having it, soon after another camera lens shattered. Now 2 out of the 3 lenses on the back of my phone are shattered. I have NEVER broken a camera lens on an iPhone no matter how many times I have dropped it. Asurion sent me a replacement with entirely different camera lens material, one that clearly lasts about 2 weeks! And their warranty policy? Entirely unhelpful and unusable. I was on hold for 20 minutes just to learn that I have to go through this entire process again. Please look at attached pictures and compare the original iPhone camera lenses to the ones I received and that easily crack apparently while in your purse. The woman I spoke with ended the call apologizing that I dropped my phone and cracked it. I have worked in customer service myself and know when to admit my company's shortcomings and faults. Extremely disappointed. I haven't fallen or dropped my replacement; clearly they send defective phones.
I purchased a rather expensive heating pad so I decided to insure it via Asurion (this was the first time I used the insurance offer) The item quit working so I procedded a claim and Raymund was my contact. It was simple and easy. My advice is have your order ID info handy.
I typically don't buy extended warranties, but I thought that we should buy the additional Asurion coverage for our Alpicool 12v fridge we bought off of Amazon. We use the portable fridge when we go on extended camping trips. After a little over a year, we noticed a crack in the handle. Immediately contacted Asurion and described the issue, and requested a new handle. Asurion quickly processed my claim by reimbursing me the cost of the fridge. No hassle! Wow! I will always buy Asurion from now on for peace of mind. Kudos to GladysMae and Asurion! You rock!
I don't recommend any other repair shops except the uBreakiFix by Asurion 4009 Tacoma Mall Blvd Ste. The technicians here know what they are doing and will diagnose and fix your phone (if possible) as quickly as they can. They are kind and helpful. I had been to a different asurion technician the one in south center inside the AT&T store and they refused to fix my screen, but the technicians at uBreakiFix by Asurion at 4009 Tacoma Mall Blvd, replaced my phone screen right away which solved my issue.
Arrived on time, fixed right the first time, very professional!
Dropped off phone yo very friendly staff who told me how the repair process worked came back a few hours later and everything was perfect! A great experience!

Then he called me back same day that my phone's ready! Replaced display, like new now.
If I could give negative stars I would. I paid my deductible and was supposed to have my ohone delivered that night by 9pm. The phone was never delivered. After being on hold for over an hour I was told the phone was delivered to me and was BEING USED. I spoke to a supervisor who told me I would have to wait until the next day and report the claim with Verizon. In the same hour I received an email from an asurion tech stating my appointment needed to be rescheduled and the number to call them back on was a DATING website. No one was able to effectively give me an answer. I did not speak with anyone who was professional or able to give me an explanation. I am now two days without a phone. I pay every month for insurance and a deductible just to be scammed. What a joke.
My daughter phone screen was cracked ans I never knew how to fix it. The team here made my experience painless and easy, both gentlemen were so helpful.
Went to Asurion.com and set appointment at my local AT&T store, Made the appointment and within 1 hour my screen was replaced.
From start to finish, it was easy to communicate through email. Start a claim with simple. Show up on time and fix my phone. Didn't take very long at all 30 minutes..

The technician showed up on time was very professional, took my phone to his van and completed the repair (screen replacement) in less than 25 minutes.
I don't know how Verizon hires their support techs but I always have a great experience with patient and knowledgeable people who really put forth an effort to fix my problem.
Diego at the AT&T store in Merriam was extremely friendly and efficient. He gave us a few options then worked with his repair team to resolve the issue.
Bill was very patience and knowledgeable. He also provided some informative details about why custom builds were not claimable.

Had a recent experience after having difficulty setting up my new iPhone. Catherine was incredibly helpful and helped me through each step of the way. She was amazing!
This product has been so supportive to changes needed, technical assistance, and even needing to repair or replace for the products that I have covered.
After 4 months of dealing with these liars trying to get my 2 year old samsung washing machine repaired I'm throwing in the towel, I've spent countless hours on the phone I've been given every possible excuse and just plain lied to. Save your money they WILL NOT repair your appliance and I'll NEVER buy another Samsung product again either.
Good luck trying to contact them. They'll "reply via email" but that never happens
