Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
Hannah walked me through every step of the way and helped me not only transfer from my Samsung A10e to my new Samsung Flip 4, but she helped my reset the A10e for trade-in and answered all my questions professionally. Excellent Service!
Best service from Mr. Peter ( Technician) from "SAT WAY INC" he is the best. He offered to come to my house two days earlier after two disappointments from two other service provider and because I told him that I wasn't going to be home on the schedule day, and he didn't complain that it was late in the evening and almost two hours drive, and Mr. Peter, was very understanding, effective, outstanding, outgoing, social, very respectful and very clean and went over and above, a great guy, and family man.
It was like working with a $#*!ed Pinocchio.
The technician was completely clueless and oblivious to any customer interaction. I would have felt more comfortable leaving my computer with TNT.com

My galaxy watch battery has been acting up and they listened to my case, understood what was going on and took care of me, very rare these days. Def recommend.
AT&T rep sold me insurance policy on phone. "You are 100% covered, and if they don't make the model you have anymore you get the next generation model." HA! IPhone Xs finally dies - green screen. Been having it for years. I file a claim. Look on Apple website - no longer available and was discontinued. But, they send me a used model of same phone. They then charge me a deductible that is higher than I can purchase a used model on secondary market. If you add that to the monthly premiums over the last few years, I could buy the best new iPhone and they would still come out ahead on what I paid. Don't use this guys. Put your premium in a piggy bank and use that when your phone breaks or crashes. On top of that AT&T threatens to charge my account additional 650 dollars because I didn't send my old phone back - well I would if they had actually sent me the replacement phone (notice I didn't say new). Had to call them about the threat and they used package tracking and said, oh sorry you are right. We'll fix that. Then I start getting these messaged every other day threatening me when I still didn't have the replacement. Would give less than one star if I could. Someone should file a suit against these guys for for such dishonest marketing and service.

Used login from email received which sent me to text box and from there a tech guided me though the process of setting up VPN on cell phone. Very easy!
Takes no responsibility on damages they cause. Blames UPS for the damages. Don't trust this Company! They'll do anything in their power to cause you headaches and hassles. What a WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. BEWARE. YOU SEND YOUR ITEM FOR REPAIRS. IT COMES BACK TOTALLY WORTHLESS.

Easy, I'm computer illiterate and did this in 2 minutes. Only thing I wish I could pay more for insurance to bring down price of deductible but still nice knowing I have something to protect me!
I went through the proper steps to get my SIMMONS SD600 Snare Drum fixed. I sent it in and received an email that the work was complete and being shipped back. The next day I received a phone call saying they couldn't fix the part due to 'insect infestation'. What? I called the 1-866 number and they told me that it was a misunderstanding and the part was repaired and has already shipped. I received the Snare drum not repaired and stickers with 'insect' attached to the shipping label. I called the 1-866 number again. First they said it was due to insect infestation. Then they said that was incorrect and it was due to 'Bio Hazard Contamination'. Mary put me on hold again and came back with the final reason of it being scratched. That was the reason why it wasn't fixed. REALLY? This company is a fraud. The Guitar Center is going to stand behind their product and replace it on their own.

I've used them before and have never had a problem. New phones show up quickly. Almost all mine within a day. Easy all around so I have good hopes this one will fly smoothly as well.
The baa participating retry life of my iphone11 was diminished and because I had Asurion,I was able to get a new or refurbished iPhone11. This was an hugh savings because I don't have to buy a new phone until I am prepared to upgrade.
My technician Erin in the Maple Grove store was great! She provided excellent service, repair completed earlier than expected. Erins pleasant personality really made my day! Thank you!
Their customer service sucks. They've had my phone for over a month and trying to get answers is horrible. Sucks they are the insurance company for all cell phones.

Went to ATT for repair of cracked screen on phone. Repaired in two hours and technician checked account and advised I had insurance to cover the cost. Very satisfied
We had a great experience from first phone call to final repair. Technician was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and quite good at what he does. We were very pleased.
I've been able to fix many devices using this program. It's really great and convenient. They will fix some things that the own manufacturer will turn you down on.
Not only did they take care of our issue but in the process we discovered another issue that they quickly and efficiently resolved. I am a very happy customer!

I highly recommend using the insurance products they offer. It was much cheaper than buying a new Espresso Machine would have been. In fact I have other items I have insured just so I am never caught with out them if they stop working.

I was a doubter and now I'm a believer. I had a phone replaced. It was a smooth transition until my new SIM card wouldn't allow me to make calls with the replacement phone. Jesus answered and guided me. Used the old SIM and witnessed a MIRACLE.
Let's look at the simple math. I have paid $720 over the past 4 years for Asurion ($15 x 48). The glass on my phone is broken, but it works fine. No internal damage. Asurion says they cannot fix the phone because the parts are no longer available, and they must replace the entire phone. They then say I must pay a $149 deductible to replace the phone. (The deductible to replace the glass windshield of my car cost less than that.) If I accept this option, I will have invested $869 just to get an old refurbished phone. Without Asurion, I can replace my broken phone with the same model for $90 - $102 with free shipping, or I can order the glass replacement kit for $27 and fix the phone myself using the instructions and several YouTube demonstrations. Asurion investment and deductible = $869; Purchase same model outright = $90 - $102; Repair my own phone = $27.
None of the above includes how horrible the service was in trying to file a claim. The Asurion rep kept ignoring my questions, would not resolve my phone issue, and proceeded to try to sell me more worthless insurance (Asurion Home Protection) while never addressing the issue I called about – a broken glass screen cover. Then when I tried to cancel the coverage because it had $0.00 value, they kept diverting and would not do it. I had to go to Verizon online and do it myself. I will NEVER use them again. I have already paid for the equivalent of a new phone, so why do I need them?
