Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
Had my broken laptop fixed within 1 week thats with shipping time! Was a great value and would recommend this to anyone with a collection of electronics that may need a aftermarket warranty.
I had to file a claim for a piece of stereo equipment I purchased. It was so easy and quick. No hassles what so ever. All done online within 10 minutes or less.

Impossible to get someone on the phone. No one can give you an answer. Tried 5-6 times submitting a claim and could not get it to through, imagine that. Scam of a company

My son dropped his phone and cracked the screen 2 times now this company has been extremely easy to deal with both times it may seem expensive but worth it in my opinion
I LOVE HOW CONVENVIENT and EFFICIENT this process was. Alex contacted me 20 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment and showed up on time. He was very professional courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed my screen and gave me a new battery in 30 minutes! Downside: it took 6 days to get the appointment so if your phone screen is broken beyond repair you may be a bit unhappy but scheduling an appointment for repairing it in a store was even longer and you needed to leave it for 1-2 days to boot!
They will go out of their way to not help you unless the deductible is less then the phone is worth. They say 9 eligible phones but once you use one its locked in for good. Complete scam.
My phone fell and the glass broke. In order to file a claim with Asurion I paid $29 and wiped my phone clean as they require. I sent in my phone and after 1 week I received my phone back, without being repaired. No explanation, no refund. I called to find out why it wasn't repaired and they first said the back glass was cracked and they don't repair back glass. This was not true so I asked for a photo of what they saw. Then, they had another story… they said they wouldn't repair it because you couldn't open the screen due to the cracks. This is why I sent it for repair, obviously! Ridiculous. Don't waste your money on this insurance.

In May 2022, we bought our appliances (Samsung Bespoke fridge). From the moment of the delivery I purchase the insurance with Asurion. The Asurion's Rep told me that even if the glass door of my fridge broke, they will replace it. I though it was very good and for the monthly payment it looked great. A couple days ago I called customer service because a small plastic piece that holds the flex zone drawer broke, what a surprise..."That's not covered" If that's no covered, then I can't imagine if the glass door breaks. So, I asked if they can send a technician, the surprise was bigger...$240 the visit, plus the part, plus the taxes! I bought the drawer on line for $150 and my husband installed it. So, it didn't worth the money I paid in more than a year. Finally, we decided to cancel "the coverage" (insurance) I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY IN THE TRASH!

The repair person was on time, friendly and did an excellent job repairing the phone. This insurance program made sense this time.
I was more than grateful for the level of concern and support I received swiftly and without issue, from the Customer Support Representative I chatted with.
They REFUSE to cover your phone if you owe any money at all to your carrier! Not to them, to another agency. My carrier told them I was fine and to cover it and they REFUSED. Garbage and unethical company!

Don't waste your money! They literally admitted that I owe them no money and they legally can't see if I owe my carrier money, yet they are crooks that won't cover my phone.

I sent 3 iPads for repair but they only fixed 1 & 1/2 they did not fix problems I had with staying connected to the wi fi really I don't think they checked it the other one they just sent it back without any kind of repairs fill like I got ripped off so now I have to send it to a shop and I'm probably going to cancel the premier protection because I am definitely not satisfied

Make sure you check to make u doesn’t have same problem u had when you send it because it seems like the workers are lazy or just don’t want to fix ur problem they change the screen and that’s it if you have any kind of internal issues or u might want to go to a Apple Store I feel like I paid $50 a piece just for shipping and a new screen to be put on because that’s all they did I sent 3 iPads but only 1 1/2 was fixed because my Wi-Fi and battery issue is still there definitely not satisfied

My husband destroyed his S10+ by washing it in machine. Bought him a new S22 but wasn't sure how to set it up since old phone wouldn't turn on. Chatted with Malika and she walked me through setting up his old phone and also getting his old contact s list, photos, etc. over to new S22 without old S10+
This is the only place I have found that you can review this company. They claim thousands of reviews with a 4.5 star and above average. This site, where you ACTUALLY CAN review them... 1.5 stars. To tell my entire saga to get my Iphone replaced (I'm still not sure they will do it) would take 2000 words... after all I have been on the phone with them and AT&T for 4 and 1/2 hours! I have been paying them for 7 years without a claim... They provided me, perhaps the WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE.
The 3 times ive used asurion it has been the easiest process I have ever been through. Both over phone on the first time and on the app the 2nd&3rd time I've used. No questions asked and I received replacement both times in less than 2 days. Highly recommend getting asurion as preferred insurance on phone plams
These people are extremely ignorant and are very unprofessional I went in to get a simple diagnostic and I waited a whole month picked up my item and I still don't know what's wrong because they never told me what was wrong they just told me they couldn't fix it
On 7/7/21 I went to tractor Supply here in las vegas and returned 2 smaller Porto cool 140 purchased the day prior and traded them in for a larger Porto Cool 160 i decided to purchase the $319.99 2 year service agreement on that unit as was suggested by the check out gal megan. I figured i would never use it as these units are built like tanks but decided to get it. Fast forward to 6/13/22 the fan on the unit doesnt operate and the pump is sputtering. I call in to utilize the service contract and they initially tell me it is approved and they will have a service repair person contact me within 2 days to service my unit. Then on 6/14/22 i receive and email stating the claim is denied. I call in again and tell them that this is absurd as you can clearly see the receipt that shows the unit i purchased and the service agreement in place for such unit and they resubmitted the claim and i just received another denial email. I spoke to a supervisor just a moment ago named Roxanne and she advised me there is nothing they can do I can attempt to call back tomorrow and ask to speak to a claims review department. Long story short we use these at our house to cool off our horses when the heat gets unbearable outside and with this being out of commission they are putting my horses in danger. Really sad to have an insurance company who was paid good money refuse to do what they were paid to do. This company is appalling and needs to be reported to a class action attorney who will set them straight and get us all justice.

My phone was stolen and they didnt replace it because sprint put insurance on the phone as soon as it was tolen. This was the most cost efficant way... They did this so that we could make a claim. We spent all day on the phone and they declined our claim. Very bad service and very bad people. Wish i could give them 0 stars. So now we have to pay full for the phone... never again. Dont try to make a claim
My wife's phone was broken at the very worst time for us. The claim process was simple and the replacement device arrived in 23 hours. I would recommend Asurion to anyone - Amazing!
