Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
Didn't expect to make a phone call, read off a serial number and boom it was done just like that. Product came on time and everything went smoothly from start to finish

I was having trouble using my new scanner. Robert asked some key questions, and then took over remotely. We had some trial and errors, but he worked until the problem was solved.
They insist on having you send your own phone back, but when I then told them I had lost my broken phones. I was charged full price to a brand new phone. They then sent me a used junk phone. I think they take peope's broken devices, try and repair them and then send them to other customers with broken phones. I shoulld also mention that they make you troubleshoot your device with them hours upon hours mutliple times before they are even willing to consider sending you a used, faulty device. I am seeking another option for phone insurance.

My Representative treated me with respect and kindness. She knew her job and she was straight to the point. It didn't take a long time because she was very knowledgeable and precise.
I had 2 phones that unfortunately cracked when dropped in 2 weeks' time. Asurion was easy to set up replacement and prompt getting replacements to me.
We submitted the claim Thursday morning. He had a phone Friday evening! Nothing but amazing reviews for Asurion. Thank you for saving a teenager's social life!
Definitely like the mobile service that came to the house. Took a very short time and didn't have to reset my phone at all. But great technician. Positive and kept it 1000 the whole time. Great job

Joke of a buisness will give you the run around till you want to give up. ASSurion will make you jump through hoops just to get something fixed or replaced. Had to make multiple calls to get shipping label, multiple calls just to upload pictures of the item I needed fixed. What a JOKE waste of my time.
Not to mention the deductible is a joke too, $100 on something that costs $500? Give me a break

This company makes it hell for you to file a claim and get reimbursed. I purchased the warranty for a pair of swimming goggles I bought from $#*!s and submitted a claim when the plastic clip for the strap broke.
I had to submit several forms with detail about the goggles, the store and even the cash register that was used for me to make the purchase. That was over a week ago and I still haven't heard back from them. I called twice and still no resolution.
THEIR STRATEGY IS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEM MAKE IT AS PAINFUL AS POSSIBLE TO GET REIMBURSED WHEN THE PRODUCT THEY INSURER IS DAMAGED. IF THIS IS WHAT I WENT THROUGH FOR A PAIR OF SWIMMING GOGGLES, IMAGE WHAT YOU WILL GO THROUGH FOR A HIGHER PRICED ITEMS LIKE A IPHONE OR COMPUTER. IF YOU BUY AN ITEM AND THE SALES CLERK OFFERS YOU WARRANTY BY THIS ASURION MY ADVICE IS DO NOT PURCHASE IT. YOU WILL REGRET IT
Filed a claim on Monday for a broken device, on Wednesday no updates or communication. I called and asked where my replacement was, lady on the phone said I wasn't understanding it hadn't shipped yet and hung up on me... I own my own business and need my phone to conduct it, if I ran my business this way I wouldn't last 2 days...

When we went shopping on Black Friday, I misplace my phone in one of the stores we went to. When I couldn't find my phone back home, we looked all around the house and in the vehicle, we went in. I was trying to see if I could find it before filing a claim. I called all the stores we went to and even went to personally, and they said they didn't find anything of the type of phone I had. So, I started the phone claim by going to the Verizon store, They gave me the phone number and website. I went home and tried online and go pass the PIN information box. Went back to Verizon store and got a new PIN number and now I am done filing.

I called in to resolve an issue with both my laptops and ended up with basically a new friend, Her Attitude, Her Knowledge her Kindness made everything roll so smoothly that I don't even feel I had a problem but allies instead like partnership rather, honest to God
After I signed into my Portal, i requested to chat with Tech Support to ask a couple of questions pertaining to my Coverage, before I would proceed with starting my process, which was to file a claim on my 2 damaged devices that are both covered, at the same time…So that I wasn't met with any ridiculous hurdles. Ronmart, my Representative was very helpful and assured me of all my inquires. And the Answer was Yes I can, either by way of electronically on My Verizon Asurion Site or Calling a specific # to speak with a Live Person to Help me through the process so that I'd be 100% confident it would be handled correctly. I'm of course choosing the Live Person, whether I've gotta be on hold for a duration of time doesn't bother me bec my issues will be more understood intimately and I won't make a mistake.Bec we all know Mistakes can become pain in the "you know what."
