Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
My phone stopped working and was replaced within a day of damage. Thank you for replacing my phone quickly.

Would give a zero if possible.I received the wrong phone and your Ausurion Agent not only came late had me signed that he was here and "breaking the seal". After he showed me the phone I told him this is the wrong device. He called someone on the phone they said because I signed there is nothing they can do. I told him then why did you make me sign knowing I wasn't suppose to if it the wrong device. The rep that did our intial claim verified the correct phone13 Pro Max ask if their was a number the driver can reach us at gave her my number. Now they are blaming me because I put my number on the claim the device got switched. That is not at all my fault, I have no way of knowing a mistake would be made on your end by taking my number that THEY requested.
I am supposed to get a 50% reimbursement for appliance replacement parts as per the service contract I purchased. I submitted a claim, following all their instructions, two months ago, but they have not contacted me, nor responded to any of my subsequent attempts to contact them. They are the worse company. DO NOT BUY A SERVICE CONTRACT THROUGH HOME DEPOT, because they use Asurion. Asurion DOES NOT honor the service contracts.
I have used other product protection plans and got the run around when trying to make a claim. This claim was handled with ease in a very short amount of time. I would recommend to anyone.
Two months I purchased a computer chair which literally came apart at the seams. At 5'9" and 135 lbs, there was no undue or excessive weight. One call to Asurion and I can take a seat.

AT&T advised me that when I file a claim that I can use Asurion to service my phone. I was a bit Skeptical. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with excellent customer service. They explained to me that I needed to have filed a claim in which I was a bit disappointed by AT&T not helping me since i was literally right in their building, but Asurion employees helped me file the claim and i was able to have my phone fixed in less than an hour. Abram even went as far as to help me pair my New Repaired I-phone with my NEW Upgraded phone. Definitely recommend them for all Eletronic devices
My brother is very hard on phones. He cracked his screen, again! I was able to go through the steps to get him a replacement phone quickly and easily. I got the phone they next day.
My screen failed and to be able to make the claim, I needed to pull data and phone IMEI, but this was super challenging, but the agent was extremely patient, pleasant and was really interested to get my issue resolved. It took several contacts with ATT and in one point, the call dropped and I was devastated, but she took the time to call back. I hate that I cant remember her name, because she was simply AWESOME! Also, the process was great, it was scheduled for the very next day, to come to my home and the technician Alyssia was super nice, pleasant and very efficient, she showed sense of urgency. This experience was terrific, from a very frustrating day without phone, worried when I will be back to have a device that I realize I depend so bad, to have such a quick turn around, so convenient at home and at the end it was a phenomenal experience!
The representative that helped me was extremely helpful. She was very professional and took the time to listen and help me with my situation. I would recommend this location to everyone.
DO NOT GET Asurion Insurance on your phone. After insuring phones for over three years, I finally came to a time to use it. So far, Asurion has had to send me three phones because each one has had major issues. The most recent phone worked okay for about six weeks. Now I can barely hear out of it and the voice memos function does not work at all. When calling Asurion, they said it's not their problem because it broke after a certain amount of time of me having it. They connected me with AT&T who said it's not their problem either and connected me with Apple. Apple said I have to take it in to an Apple store and try to get it fixed. Why would I ever pay my hard earned money again for insurance if their resolution is to send me a completely inferior product that I now have to waste my time to get repaired? Worst money ever spent. They do not hold up their end of the bargain and do not care about providing you with a quality service or solution. It's been an absolute nightmare and it's far from over.
I got hung up on TWICE! The first guy was mad when inasked if he could fix his phone so I didnt have to hear myself echo from his speaker phone. His doggs were barking in the backround then told me an asurion issue was a Verizon issue. NOT! The second girl got mad at me because she was getting comfused, copt an attitude with me and hung up on me. Your customer service completely sucks!
Cynthia walked me through the set up from start to finish with simple but effective instructions and got me up and running in no time. She deserves more than five stars.
There customer service sucks they set appointments and they don't care if they show up with the parts or not. What a scam. Felt with these people 3 times all fails.
