Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
Bought a cordless vac from Amazon. Obviously from China. It worked very well for a little more than a year when the roller brush wore out, and now nearly 2 years after purchase the battery is losing charge. I would have paid for a new roller brush but when I inquired via the seller's customer service I discovered the product was obsolete AND HAD BEEN WHEN I BOUGHT THE PRODUCT with nothing said. There response was I should buy one of their other vaccums. Not a chance. So I can't get a new roller brush or battery for the obsolete product. BUT... I purchased 3 yrs of Asurion insurance from Amazon when I bought the vac. When I contacted Asurion I had little expectation of anything other than MAYBE my insurance charge refunded. Nope. They honored the agreement and refunded the entire purchase price. Hopefully they will inform Amazon and they will ban this seller/manufacturer from selling on their website. Any major purchase from now on will include insurance, assuming it's Asurion.

My Ninja machine broke and I was dreading all the wasted time I would spend getting the issues resolved. But no, the WEBSITE was FAST and EASY (I'm over 70 :D) and the transfer to the chat area was flawless. Patrick was efficient and worked through the process quickly! I went to Asurion a few months ago to get a broken screen repaired. Good service. The manager said he signed me up for some $24.95 plan that I could log on and cancel. No way to log on under ascurion or ubreakifix. I stopped by today to cancel the plan and I was handed a scribbled number on a slip of paper. I called the number and they couldn't find my account under my name, telephone number or pots number. I brought my phone into the office so the manager could talk to the person on the phone. "Nope, no can do". Finally after a long wait the person on the phone told me "what I wanted to hear" that they canceled the service and refunded my past billing. Will wait and see what happens to that. I told the manager that I would be posting a review and he told me he would erase it..
I had my phone stolen from me at EDC Orlando this past weekend. The replacement process was incredibly fast and easy! Plus since I hadn't filed a claim in the past 12 months (or ever), I actually received a 50% off discount on my phone replacement! As well as the phone I received was a proper BRAND NEW IN BOX phone, rather than a refurbished one fixed with another insurance claim like I've received from other insurance companies before. I'm very impressed.
When I spoke with the representative setting me up with my new phone and deactivating the old one (Kaylin), she was extremely professional and a great rep to chat with. Very knowledgeable and answers everything I threw at her!

Claims can be done online and shipping and receiving is easy. Just keep a look out on the emails when the arrive to follow with instructions do follow.

The process in place is fairly straightforward. At first it seems like allot of trouble to go through but after the first experience, it really isn't that bad.

Asurion has been a great help with my technology. With 24/7 tech support and protection on most of my devices I sleep better knowing they've got my back.
Back-end processes need work, but the coverage is excellent. If you can wade through the registration and claims process and your device is covered, it's definitely worth having.
Frustrating phone reps. Techs are good. Don't make me repeat all my info. Everytime I call. You have the info. On the computer screen in front of you.
I love Asurion service. It is the best at getting problems with devices taken care of. I have never had a problem getting my devices repaired or replaced.
The technician who arrived at the house was phenomenal and made the experience overall excellent but asurion phone advisors and online "start a claim"(process) could use some improvements.
