Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
Would give a 5 start rating if the insurance could have covered the full cost or given a more similar replacement but I can't complain either easy to use responded fast I'd recommend Asurion
My initial experience was not that good, but the company rebounded on the second replacement. Overall the insurance is worth the benefit, but you should question clearly any response
The tech came over to my place and broke my phone completely. I wish he would have never touched my phone. He inconvenienced me more than I could have ever imagined.
I purchased an "extended warranty" through Walmart when buying a TV. I thought it was the same thing I had purchased with my last TV but apparently Walmart is not transparent about the fact they keep changing the provider. Asurion is a complete nightmare to deal with. I have been back and forth with them for over 6 months. They ask for a copy of the receipt, when they already have it. They ask for a completed form and pictures but when you attempt to upload them, the page just loads infinitely. I finally got past this by spending 40+ minutes on the phone to get an email address. I asked for receipt of my email and never got it. Instead I got an email saying "next step". Following that leads to requiring a text verification which upon completing leads to another page that just loads indefinitely. Looks like another 40+ minutes on the phone when I can find the time. Oh and to add insult to injury, every phone call ends with them trying to upsell me on another service they offer. Anyone want to get in on a class action lawsuit?
When I filled out my claim for the first time they respond to me very fast and it was so easy for me, my problem was resolved in 48 hours, I'm very satisfied

The website loads slowly and is not that user-friendly. The Chat reply looks slow. While chatting, it gets time out and needs to re-login from the beginning.

I had a bad representative on my first call. The second was outstanding and it was much appreciated in getting a return label to ship my old phone back to AT+T.
I had a day set up for them to come to my house and repair my screen and they never showed up. Then I had to call and reschedule and was on the phone for 30min to reschedule another day and they didn't show up for that appointment either and let me sit around waiting for them to only have them text me 10min before their time slot was up to let me know they couldn't come again. Very disappointed with the service and have to reschedule now for the 3rd time.
I put my old phone on top of the car and drove off...the phone did not survive the experience. I submitted a claim to asurion through AT&T and had a new phone in 48 hours. Easy, fast, done.

It will be better if we were able to choose the color on the iPhone on the replacement, because my iPhone was originally purple and they gave me a black one
