Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
The tech that came to my house was VERY concerned with making sure my phone was fixed. He showed up WAY after hours just to resolve the issue! He had a fantastic attitude and great customer service.
I haven't had any problems. I never needed to use my plan.
Staff was very polite, the gentleman that helped me out explained the approximate time & everything was perfect. Even asked me to check to male sure phone operated before I left.
My phone was knocked out of my hand, and I filed a claim for completely cracked back and chipped screen. They match my phone and I supposed to get it within two business days. How great is that.

This is a fraud company, collecting premiums for JUNK services, absolutely useless and AT&T likes them, and sells ASURION insurance on AT&T which is really funny. They partnered with fraudulent company.

Once Samsung file the claim with your company. It was fine it just took an hour to get there and that's unacceptable even though I know it was not your fault
Tech support is just a high pressure sales department. If you do buy their home warranty service you get even worse customer service because you are no longer a potential sale.

Don't pay a penny to Asurion. Use T-Mobile phone because they don't use Asurion like Sprint, ATT, Verizon do.

My daughter phone got 100 percent hacked the guy got all her info and I called and was working with one person on my phone and had my daughter on a different phone and the first we were able to fix most of the problems but teenagers don't want to deal with everything at once so I called back a day later and spiky to someone different and he picked up right where the first person ended it was smooth sailing my daughter is happy now I am happy cuz I didn't have to reexplain the situation and they really took the time to do step by step with us
So far the experience has been so nice. Just fill out a quick form. Describe what happened, and they will send you a replacement phone the very next day. Thank you!
After paying insurance for years and years they make it impossible to get a claim done! Countless hours and hours spent on the phone it is beyond ridiculous! NO HELP! Furious!
Great experience with customer service and the ease of getting a replacement Apple Watch. Fast delivery, just wish it was an exact replacement with a gold watch.

We have had T-mobile phones for around 20 years. During this period we have paid for phone insurance. We have Asurion insurance which T-mobile dropped for new customers and switched to Assurant. However, because we started with Asurion they kept us with them. Unfortunately, T-mobilie and Assurion and Assurant does not know that customers still had Asurion coverage. We were given incorrect phone numbers and their systems did not recognize our phone numbers as their covered phones insurance customers. My wife had her car broken into and her phone was stolen. We tried making a claim on January 11th, 2022. This took several days of being on the phone for 8 hours a day before even given a claim number. Now they are lying about delivery days. It is now January 20th, 2022 and she has no phone and no idea when and if it will be delivered. HELP!

The repair technician called to let me know I was next & what the ETA was. Once he arrived, my phone was repaired in under 30 minutes! He was very courteous & professional from start to finish.
This was the first time ever using Assurion, I have to say Brian made me feel comfortable through the whole ordeal. He explained everything to me very loud clear, & well spoken. We even talked about gaming for a bit. Awesome guy, HIGHLY RECCOMEND using this store location in DT Portland Oregon. I HATE going too DT Portland, but Brian made it NOT so bad being an awesome fellow, kudos Brian kudos indeed!
Got my phone back in order within one day amazing!
I pay a monthly charge for insurance for my phone. My screen cracked I made an appointment for them to fix it. I also paid another charge for this on top of what I pay monthly. The appt. Was from 3-5pm for the technician to show up. I was also supposed to get a call 30 minutes piror to them coming. I call at 445 cause I had no call or tech. They said he was stuck in traffic. At 515pm I call back they said they were closed and I had to reschedule my appointment. I have already taken 2 hours out of my day for this now I have to wait 2 more days and wait another 2 hours for the technician to hopefully show up. I know if I did a no call no show for my job I would be fired. How is this customer service. I pay for a service and this is totally unacceptable
A company that just wants to rip people off. Costs 400 dollars to get a lower end replacement for your phone without the option for repair even while paying monthly for TELUS protection plan.

Don't touch Asurion with a 10 foot pole, they will try to take as much money from you as possible and give you less than the bare minimum.

Schedule my appointment and took my phone in on the same day, this was all complete in less than 5 hours from scheduling the repair to have in repaired then to it being back in my possession.
Made it really easy to resolve my issue. Was able to get my daughters phone screen replaced in a timely manner.
