Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
Thank heavens good customer service still exists. The rep, Ms. Demi made the process amazing and she was so helpful. She was funny, genuine and down to earth. I really appreciate all she did.
Took my phone in the repair guy came out explain everything he was very helpful courteous didn't take long to get my phone fix it was extremely easy and fast process. He was excellent.
Receiving the replacement phone was easy; however, the instructions in the setup process should note that the new SIM card may be pre-activated prior to receiving it. The instructions directed me to remove my previous SIM card from my old phone and input into my new phone; however, the new SIM card was pre-activated and I was not told that it was activated. I spent about 15 minutes trying to figure out why phone was not working even after following the instructions. When I received help through the chat, I was informed the new SIM card was pre-activated and my old SIM card could not be used.
Accidentally cracked screen on my iPad. Filed claim, it was quick and easy. Dropped off at UPS, they also knew how to handle shipping process. Dropped off and two days later, my iPad arrived.
Our work speaker broke with out notice stopped working. Got in contact with Asurion and now we will have a new speaker for the New Year. Thank you so much for helping us out.

First, when I contacted them originally I was told it was a check I would be receiving and it would take no more than 10 days from when they received the item, so I went with that information. They received the product back on May 4th, and on May 25th I chatted with CSR who said they did have the product and it should have been reviewed, they were escalating the problem and I would have information in no more than 3-5 days but it should be 24 hours. On 6/2 I chatted again and was told the SAME THING. This time I escalated it and when the supervisor came on, surprise surprise they issued me a gift card right away. No not the check as promised, but a gift card. If I did not contact them twice I don't think I would have gotten anything.
Tip for consumers:
Be prepared to follow up and you might have to be aggressive to actually get any response besides it will be taken care of in 3-5 days.

It was so easy to schedule. Rep showed up at my sons job and fixed his phone on the spot. I got notification and was able to text my son when he would be there. My son was highly satisfied.
Everything went very smooth with the Asurion insurance claim I filed. I gave them my email info and the company was great about keeping me updated on the repairs and when it was shipped back to me.

I had phone that needed to be replaced after 4 months of use. They told me it would only be $29 to get a replacement phone. I looked over the review and said it was going to be $229. They did fix it and sent sent me phone. Well just got my phone in today and it doesnt work at all. They cant seems to fix the problem and after an hour with them and i have had enough and they hung up on me. I called back and having to go through another review witch i shouldnt have to sense this is not my problem that they sent me a broken phone. So im having to miss out another few days of work for their problem but while i was talking the lady she hung up on me. I will be canceling and will me getting rid of verizon. I didnt have this much trouble with tmoble and i paid $30 less on my bill. Im paying a hole lot on anphone a company that doesnt care about their customers.
I had problems with one of my devices in my home. I answered a few questions, printed off a label, and sent off the equipment. Next thing you know, it's back at my home, working like new!

I usually don't buy the warranty for small budget items. I'm super glad I did. The $4.99 for 3 years paid off! I'm getting a new electronic dog collar with my warranty! It was definitely worth it!
Cancel, cancel, cancel. They said they won't cover our first claim which happened just 3 weeks after signing up. It was an IPad Pro... have only heard bad things about this scam.
My claim was very easy. I send my printer back no charge. They checked it out and the parts wasn't available for it, so they sent me a full refund of my purchase price.

Asurion tried their best to fix my computer but it was unfixable and they returned the full price of the computer even after 3 years of use. So very happy that I paid the extra for the warranty.

I filed a claim with Assurion within a few minutes. I had a location close to my work where the phone was taken and it was fixed in two hours. Great experience, very professional.
I have been going around and around back and forth and still haven't gotten anywhere close to resolving my issue... I full out the first form got a email to contact them and I was told I had to fill out the information again even thou I filled it out correctly and wasn't missing and information Smh... the next day I called for undated and the couldn't find my info or my application took them about 30min to find my information... then I was transferred to do an interview did the interview only to be told I have to wait for some back team to review my interview again... I'm without a phone I'm using a app on my table to make calls so I'm unable to get any calls or do any business and this has been 3 days when they say it would only be 24 hours it's 3 days later and till nothing no resolution very disappointing and I wouldn't advice to use this company
