Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
She walked me through the setup with my replacement iPhone 13Pro. I was having difficulty, and she helped me through it all with extreme patience. Thank you! Quality customer service at its best:-)
The process from filing the claim on line to having the issue completely fixed was less than 24 hours. I was expecting a rig-a-ma-role of a process, but it was totally painless!
It was GREAT dealing with this associate in chat Normally I hate chat for tech issues but Kimberly was Nice, polite, knowledgeable and made it a smooth flowing session with great advice and even made any add on sales attempts feel like customer service. I have worked as a Team leader for MCI and Sales for VZW. I think Kimberly should be a Trainer for Chat at the very least.

This has to be the worst experience I've ever had for a service that I pay for monthly... I cant even put it in to words how frustrating and impossible this deal was, just to get a cell phone replaced, you would think I was trying to buy a F16 fighter jet from the government with a personal check. The real problem is that Verizon knows how bad it is and still nothing has been done to help people with their problem. I wish I wasn't tied to my phone like I am but it is what it is at this point. I'm embarrassed to say I'm involved in any way with this kind of insurance company, what's even more sad is the people seemed nice and tried to be helpful but they have a procedure that doesn't permit them to do a good and fair job. TOTAL AND COMPLETE LET DOWN... TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, JUST ABSOLUTE MISERY TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS CRAP...
I have made a few claims to ASURION, they are very fair, fast, and professional. The insurance is worth every penny, just do it.
I haven't needed to use insurance for a long time. But my phone was damaged on Sunday. I filled a claim and had my new phone by Wednesday! Asurion is a must!
I purchased a minifridge from home depot in January and bought the insurance they offered me at the time from this company.
In February my fridge start building ice in the back of the fridge, I called the insurance company and filled a claim. They send technicians 3 times to my house with a decision that it can't be fixed.
I have called more than 20 times every call is over an hour going through the whole damn thing from the beginning. They called the manufacturer company and was told the same, the unit has to be replaced it's an issue with the compressor.
It's October and they are still giving me the run around, no replacement, no money back, no help...
Extremely frustrating.

The technician Walder Voigt was a pleasure to have in my home. His expertise was evident. He resolved our cooktop issue quickly upon receiving the correct part.
The technical staff make a few test to conclude the screen was not working even its not broken, say its gonna take an hour to complete the job, but it take less time and the phone work perfectly.
I made an insurance claim to have my cracked screen fixed and it took the tech about 5 minutes to fix it and the price was EXTREMELY REASONABLE. I would recommend getting the insurance when purchasing a phone.

Got a text at 8:56am saying my phone would be delivered between 7pm and 9pm got another text at 8:30 pm saying Clayton was on his way mind my door had been open since 7pm then right after got a text saying he was here looked out my door no one there then got another text saying delivery failed we will return your phone to Verizon and you can start a new order what kind of service is that don't guess Clayton didn't want to deliver my phone huh so he made it look like he tried and I'm none to happy with Verizon either stupid bots won't let you talk to no one until jump through their hoops
My laptop has extended from Costco and when there was a problem Asurion was there to the rescue. And it was the easiest, most thorough work I ever had. Well done guys.
