Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
After a lengthy period of consideration, I decided to purchase this protection plan. About 5 days after making the arrangements for this, the plan was active. That same day, I dropped my phone (which never happens) and it started acting up; bluetooth malfunctioning and dropping calls/not connecting. I filed a claim but was concerned that it would be denied because of same-day activation of my plan.
The file went into immediate review and I thought "great, there went that". Not the case. Within 12 hours I had an email response from Asurion advising me that my claim has been processed and proceed with my deductible.
My phone was an iPhone 11 Pro Max 64GB and they didn't offer this phone any more because it's 3 generations old. Instead, I was offered a choice of three iPhone 13Pro Max, Including a 256GB version. So after making my selection I proceeded to fill out the necessary online forms, etc., and I was finished. I was informed the phone would be here in 3-4 days and I would have to send my phone back within 15 days. Great.
All in all the process of filing a claim was simple and convenient. With a step-by-step system for filling the claim, I was very pleased with how easy the process was. Completely hassle-free like you dream it will be when dealing with an insurance company. I'll definitely be using this service in the future for protecting my devices.

They answered all my questions and and help me to get right info to extend my battery life and security issues.
It was overall good, but I did not feel the website was secure because the numbers for my card were not encrypted. I also had to enter the info twice: other than that the site was easy to set up.
The company was on point to my flight I called them up they called me back we set a date up the people came out it was supposed to do for me so I have to say Top Notch can't beat it, and I was asked to recommend I would definitely recommend the company because they do very good work and their people on point in regards to appointments timing and workmanship very thoughtful and everything work out just fine.
Started my claim for a full replacement on November 9th & was told by Telus 24 hrs for review and then new phone shipped out 24 to 48 hrs later.
Following Monday no email confirmation & after talking with Telus again and starting another claim Asurion argued with me that I had 2 iPhone 14 & they didn't know what one to disable so that was the hold up.
Issue is I only have 1 iPhone 14?
Now November 15th I've been told today my review for replacement still isn't completed & the start of the conversation they told me it was going to take up to 24 to 48 additional hours for review & by the end of the conversation they told me 5 days as their staff are ridiculously busy.
Then it was going to take another 2 days to ship my phone.
This is now 2 weeks for a replacement phone!
I'm curious what exactly they need to review that it has to go to so many departments & individuals?

Several phone providers I've found out stopped allowing customers to deal with Asurion directly & just give you the repair or replacement within 24hrs to prevent their customers from having to deal with Asurion!

Different problems on oven at sametime...multitasking and got it done.parts were at house week before they came...parts for three different scenarios to repair.

Customer service is more than accommodating if you have a valuable desktop or laptop dont hesitate to get it covered it more than worth it in the end.

I went to Asurion to get my Android phone fixed and it took them 1 week to order a battery with initial charge if 25 dollars, which did not work, so they recommend replacing octa lcd which did not work either. At this point, 3 weeks went by because it took them 2 weeks for the 2nd part. When i finally went to pick up my phone, LCD on my phone was cracked on front side of OTCA LCD... Mike, a tech there could figure out 25 initial credit back to my card so I left after waiting for like 30 min. When I reached out to Mike next day, he said he'd give me cash or trying to figure out remote credit back. I dropped by the next day and waited another 20 min because 'Mike' could not figure out credit nor gave me cash back. Another tech, named Ulysses finally helped me out and got my money back. This was my 5 to 6th trip there within month, what a waste of my time and energy, plus my phone is completely damaged now.
This is the worst place yo fix your tech stuff/gadgets because if they have hard time with handling their card transactions, throw your stuff around to damage even more and continuously changing their words around, this is not a reliable business.
I would NOT ever recommend this place to anyone, especially the store on N. Garland avenue. Tech people not knowing their tech stuff...

I bought an expensive baseball bat for my son at $#*!s Sporting Goods. It cracked and the protection plan I bought covered it. Well worth the extra $25
I had some difficulty with the claim form. However, once I had it filled out and submitted the service was quick and excellent. Same day delivery is great.
They were able to pay for the product that had the problem that I had bought and they gave me no problems it was quick fast and easy and they were very nice and professional in these times that says a lot thanks you're doing a great job out there Asurion I was refunded the money plus tax and I was able to go online and buy the product again although it was a little more money that was irritating but I didn't have any problems I was refunded the money quickly and the people were really superb

I have been an Amazon Prime member for many years and have on multiple occasions have added Asurion purchase protection plans to items I have purchased. Last year I bought a refurbished Desk top computer and added an Asurion Plan to the purchase. Glad I did! During the first year of ownership I was covered by the original seller, I did experience some issues with the Windows download and last June the computer had a total hard drive failure. The seller took care of the problems quickly and to my full satisfaction.
That warranty period ended the beginning of this month and on the 21st the computer quit working. I was frustrated and not looking forward to going through the claim process as this would be my first experience with Asurion.
I contacted Amazon, they sent me a link to their website which I found was very easy to navigate. I chatted with Maricris who filed the claim for me and shortly informed me that I would receive an e-mail in about two hours with a shipping label to send the computer to them and that on it's receipt I would be sent an e-mail with an electronic refund of the purchase price. Actually I was stunned, I had no idea this would occur.
The Asurion Plan cost $15.99 for two years, best $16.00 dollars I've ever spent.
I will never hesitate to purchase a Asurion Plan in the future, I'd be foolish not to.

I can't describe how awesome this program is. Every time I have used it, I have had nothing but good things to say. It does take a little bit of time sometimes but it's always worth it.
I was having connectivity issues with one of my phones. I was able to contact tech support through the Verizon app and had the issue resolved in minutes. The process was super fast and easy to use.
