Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
The technician that came to my house was friendly and fixed my screen quicker than I expected. Great guy.
Worst service ever I get in my file. There's answers is we can reject your request in certain circumstances
The chat it's very good fast and painless. Better than fill the claim myself, I did try and gave me error with same info that I gave the person in the chat (Hoover) thank God for the human help.

Worst service ever I did my claim on line and they were supposed to come today to my from 5 to 7 the technician never called me and never when I call asuirion they he was over booked didn't even have time to call and I didnt go to work not that was wrong now I have to wait another
We could not believe how fast our phones arrived! From making the claim to getting our phones was like they shipped it from next door! Could not be happier!
The whole process was simple, and quick. I had a new phone right away, and didn't have to leave the house to get it. The agent who came to my home was polite, efficient, and thorough.
My grandson's iPhone was lost or stolen while he was on vacation. After contacting Asurion everything was resolved. AT&T delivered the new iPhone the very next day.

Made Claim never came, called to reschedule didnt even ship again, had to call a third time just to ship it, very unprofessional and no customer service. No compensation for this either.

I bought a used typewriter. I paid for the insurance ON A USED TYPEWRITER. Typewriter broke. They asked if the typewriter was used for personal use or business. I told them I bought for my home business. They denied the claim because the use was not exclusively for personal use. YET, they sold me the insurance ON THE PRODUCT that was advertised. "An IBM office typewriter". PEOPLE SUX.
I cant even begin to explain my frustration with this company! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS WARRANTY! HORRIBLE customer service. They do not send emails to advise you of all the "extra documentation they need" when you go to check online as it tells you, you have to call, when you call they tell you to call your provider, it has been 10 business days not including weekends of nothing but BULL$#*!! Oh not to mention if you want/need a new phone regardless of how old it is you have to pay $300. So if you qualify for a new phone through your carrier you would still have to pay $300 to get anew phone through this useless company. Don't waste your time or money with this company.
