Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
I have a gateway to have issues at first they couldn't figure out how to get the drivers they send it to your company and you able to troubleshoot and get my computer back running which I was very very happy with this in the way I was treated with respect was a change I believe for the better and was like a fresh air debris instead of just toxic way the world is now there were very thoughtful and the way they listen to my concerns and work very diligently and professionally I was very very happy thank you again
Well what could I say it was a long experience I spoke to a lot of people in cricket a very very nice people a lot of people they do their work some of them like you know how it is yeah but it was okay I tried to speak to someone that could understand my son's problems cuz his phone got broken but it's okay I'm getting there thank you very much I hope everyone be safe and again thank you so much
It was so easy to file a claim compared to what I used to have to do. Call them and fill out claim then call them again and all that. Now all done on the website.
My HP Pavilion Laptop had a screen issue. Asurion had a label emailed to me and a week later, I had my laptop back in perfect condition. I will always get an Asurion warranty going forward.
I was so glad I purchased the extended warranty for my oven. It was so easy to get in contact with Asurion and to set up an appointment for someone to come out and fix it!

I wasn't aware that I had bought phone insurance until I dropped my phone and needed a small crack in my back glass fixed. It was at this time when TELUS, my mobile provider made me aware that Asurion would be handling the claim. I was told the repair would be completely covered, no deductible. It was at this time Asurion let me know that the phone would be completely replaced after I paid a $400 deductible. I have been told numerous times by TELUS that I shouldn't be paying a deductible. Neither TELUS or Asurion seem to talk to one another. TELUS staff seem to have no idea of what the Terms and conditions of the insurance plans that they sell.

They like to lie when you ask to speak to someone in charge one of two things will happen or both they like to put you on hold and or hang up on you. Please read the reviews

Filing a claim was quick and easy. The color phone was different and the product replacement was affordable. I always prepare ahead with insuring my electronics and I'm glad I did.
Went to replace a phone battery. Got the old battery replaced with an Apple battery without any issues. It was an a great experience from claim to resolution!
Everything was smooth and fast. Starting with the phone agents all the way to the technician was smooth and quick.
I brought in a phone with a severely damaged screen. The service tech (I think his name was Eric) was courteous and respectful. Fix the screen and within an hour, I was up and running!
I have been a customer since August 1996 we started as a business customer and some how Eandjconstruction Company and my daughter was on my account and she took her self off and it made us look like we were back to 10 years but have been with Verizon Wireless since August 31 1996

Ubreakifix (authorized repair center) is the Worst... took IPad in just to have the charging port replaced... 1 month later and I still don't have my ipad!
