Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
Everything and everyone is so easy and knowledgeable, online was a breeze and when I did have to speak to the representative they were so supportive and ready to help with everything.
They are good workers they order all the parts to fix my washer they are always on time and they double check there work to make sure they did a good job
I lost my phone it was so easy to to file a claim online. It took only about 5 minutes complete and process my claim and confirm shipment of my replacement phone
My issue was resolved in less than two hours! This was excellent I did my claim on my computer went straight to the store and my phone was fixed in less than two hours! Thank you so much

It was easy to file the claim and make the pmt to get the claim started right away and we will have the phone in 1-2 days. They also shut the lost phone off.

This is a fraudulent company, don't even know who they are. Haven't submitted a claim yet they took $300 dlls. From my account. Don't trust this fake/fraud company. Submitted a claim already. Shame

My experience was very easy and fast. The service rep was very nice and helpful. She took my claim and got the procedure started to get my LG refrigerator fixed. It was a pleasant experience.
