Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
Emmad was great. I contacted the wrong department and he tried his best to help me. He sent me to another dept.
I really need for someone to walk me through the process or come to my home.

I went on July, 2022 to one of the sports store close to my home to buy a NIKE's sunglasses, the sales person offer me the ASURION insurance and I accepted. Good decision, one of the legs was broked and the claim was so easy to open and very fast refund.

I've had insurance with Asurion for more than five years at $40 per month, within those five years my family has never needed to file a claim. This past May during the worst timing possible (COVID-19) my son dropped his phone and cracked the screen. I tried to file a claim Asurion-At&T to have the screen repaired, they approved the screen repair. We bought the phone to UBreak I Fix, they told us the phone couldn't be repaired. I went back to Asurion to file a claim for a replacement phone... denied. Asurion has continued for one week to give me the runaround regarding a phone replacement with a deductible of $112. Are you kidding me! I have given this company $2400 over the past five years. Please everyone when you obtain new service or buy a new device, PLEASE DO NOT BUY INSURANCE via ASURION. Tony Detter, CEO of Asurion... This is how you run your organization and employees... Shame On You!
Avery the Tech did a superb fix on my S21 Ultra screen, I had cracks and had gone completely blacked out screen could not see any icons. On 2-14-2022 Avery was on time and professional and fix my cellphone in a timely fashion of 30 minutes flat. Couple weeks ago, an Assurion representative created a 2nd ticket/claim for my Galaxy watch issue. The first ticket/claim was created several weeks earlier, and I sent in the watch for repair. They declared it fixed and sent it back to me. Once I received it, I examined it and noticed that it was not fixed. I called Assurion to explain this, and they told me to send it in again for repair. I explained that I didn't see the purpose since I already did that, they said that it passed all tests / was fixed, yet upon receiving it I quickly noticed that it was not fixed. Now, they want me to send it in again. Each time I send it in I am several weeks without the item, so if they could not fix it the first time (even though they said that they did), I do not see the point of sending it in a second time. This is a waste of time and resources. There should be a better way to handle such a situation. I made a video of the issue but the company refuses to review it assess the problem. It is possible the video could be insightful. Consequently, I am not pleased with the experience. *I also left review with Consumer Affairs. They responded saying they would look into solving this issue, and after providing them with my information, over now a week, I still haven't heard anything from them, not even to confirm that they are working on it. Not the best experience

I have had to use Asurion on several items but the most recent being dash cams and the refund is fast, usually within a few days of dropping off the item at the UPS store.
Worst company ever. If I could give them 0 stars I would. My phone broke 2 days ago so we took it to ATT and they helped us file a claim to get a replacement. Was told we'd have it the next day. Next day comes around and no phone so we called att and they told us to call customer support. Customer support left us on hold for 30 minutes before we hung up and called Asurion. They told us that the phone wasn't being shipped, but someone was coming to our home to set it up and no one picked up the job. She said we could get it shipped but it'd take 2 business days (which we do not have due to an upcoming trip) or we could get it the very next day from an expert coming to our home and we would guarantee have it then. Also she told us that our deductible was a lot more than what ATT had been saying. We brought it to her attention and she rudely told us we misheard the ATT woman because she wasn't mistaking. Next day rolls around and still no word. We called Asurion customer support again and they get ahold of the local office and apparently the "expert" has put in leave and isn't working. Why weren't we told this days ago? He recommended us getting the phone shipped instead of relying on them since this is the second time they've ghosted us. They also said they've been trying to reach out. We haven't received any calls or messages from them on our working phone. We'll see if we actually receive it tomorrow, I'll be VERY shocked if it actually does.

I have experienced nothing but trouble from this company for the last month. I was sent an inferior replacement phone to the one I was promised upon filing. When I called and complained, they told me it was the comparable phone to my broken phone, which was a lie. The replacement phone was a good $250-300 less expensive than my phone, and it really was just a trash phone overall. Then, they transferred my call overseas to more ineffective departments. I finally settled with them on another phone by another manufacturer, which was just slightly better than the initial replacement phone. When I got the second phone, it wouldn't register and turn on. I called and spoke with a tech at Sprint who said the SIM cards didn't match. I had to take it into a store to get it working---It took the guy 60 minutes to get on. I sent both my broken phone and my initial replacement phone back to the company in the designated envelops within a couple of days of receiving the first phone. And now, a week and a half later, I am receiving emails, voice mails and letters saying I didn't return the devices. The delivery problems incurred by operating a company during COVID should not victimize the consumer... They are harassing people and threatening to charge them over a hundred dollars on their credit cards for what they know is a COVID delay. It's disgusting. Sprint needs to get rid of this company as their phone insurance source!
Lost phone. Called to start a claim (6 hrs) -- long holds and cut off a few times. Finally got through all prompts and was denied. Told to call ATT, and they then called while keeping my on phone to tell Assurion to accept the claim. Phone finally arrives, take it to ATT store (1 hr) to help set up after work. Next day, realize that the phone is not working properly, will make calls but listener can not hear anything clearly, just odd noise. Call Assurion, have to start a second claim and said this will be the last claim alllowed, I complained that they sent a bad phone! (a few hrs) Finally phone shows up, back to AT&T store. (1 hr) and the broken phone is shipped using Assurion's USPS return label on July 26. As of 8/10, I receive daily recorded calls saying they did not recieve the phone and threatening they will automatically charge $300 plus $850. I have called the number provided on the message *******525 twice (1 hr), and provided the USPS tracking number. Now, waiting to see if I'm charged, if the threatening phone calls will stop, or if it will require further time and aggravation.
