Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
THIS IS THE WORST INSURANCE COMOANY FOR CELL PHONES AND ON MY BOOK THEY ARE SCAMMERS THAT DO NOT WANT TO PAY AND LOOK FOR EXCUSES NOT TO PAY, LIKE CLAIM8NG THAT ONE PHONE IS NOT REGISTER. SUPPOSEDLY YOU CAN NOT HAVE MORE THAN 3 CLAIMS PER PHONE PER YEAR, BUT THEY THEMSELVES DO NOT KNOW THE RULES OR PLAY IGNORANT AND EVEN SUPERVISORS WILL TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE THE IGNORANT.

I am very happy with the warranty service provided by Asurion with both of my warranty claims. My most recent claim was for a damaged printer. Asurion sent me a return code and I just took the printer to my local UPS store. I did not even have to pack the printer. I just handed it to UPS. They scanned the code and boxed and shipped the printer to Asurion at no cost to me. I received a confirmation email from Asurion stating they received my repair item. Within just a couple of days, I received shipping notification that my printer repair was complete and Asurion overnighted the printer to me. I hooked the printer to my computer and it has been working great. I also had a TV screen go black approx. 2 years ago. I called Asurion and started a claim. They sent a technician to my home and he took the TV for repair. It was determined that the TV was not repairable and Asurion gave me the choice of several new tvs to choose from as a replacement. I made my choice and received a brand new TV within a couple of days. The Asurion home warranty has been well worth the monthly cost.
I bought my pizel 2xl from verizon roughly four years ago. Cracked screen, filed claim, they want me to pay a $249 deductible for a replacement pizel 2xl which retails for $149.

It was very easy to put a claim in and get the cracked screen repaired. We decided to take it to the AT&T store and Frank helped us get iPhone repaired and did an awesome job.

I bought my note 20 ultra 5g two and a half years ago for $1300, and paid over $300 in monthly payments while I had it, thinking I would be covered in the event of damage. I noticed yesterday the glass over the zoom lense shattered, rendering that one lense unusable. I reached out and the claim form was easy to fill out and I had a "new" phone at my door today for an additional $100 service fee. Open the box to a smaller blank white box rattling around inside with my replacement $1300 phone taped inside of that. Upon closer inspection the back was either plastic or a cheaper glass, and just plain black, not original color. Camera lenses were off-center behind glass. On startup the t-mobile jingle was incredibly tinny and made the speaker crack and break up and screen animations skipped and jittered. Called customer service to request my service fee back and to take the reman phone back. They were very helpful and easy to understand and said all I had to do was send it back instead of my original phone and they will refund me, we will see. A combined cost of almost $1800 and a glitchy, poorly performing phone is what I ended up with. All a surprise to me because I didn't read the fine print.

Worst experience ever... I have 6 phones on my account. I have been paying for asurion insurance for years and NEVER filed 1 claim. My screen cracked so I put in a claim and was charged $30. Ok fine had to wait a week for my appointment to fix my screen. Ok fine. He comes fixes my screen and tells me the screen didn't take and now my phone is not working. It's the iPhone 11 Pro Max. He said call the company and tell them what happened and they will send a new one ASAP. Ok fine. They send paperwork that wouldn't download, had to call them 4 times. Finial, y got paperwork filled out and sent back. I was told I would get an email In 3 hrs and waited 22hrs still no email. I call back they said mine is still in review. How.? It's not even my fault the phone won't turn on. They are saying I have to wait 24 hrs because the review is backed up and then "if they decide I'm warented a new phone they will ship one out" so now I didn't have my phone Thursday, now Friday, Saturday is the 4th July so it's not coming. They said it would be here Monday. So 5 days without a phone that I do my business on. Plus they wouldn't give me a loaner. They are not flexible. Please save your money and look at other options like Apple care. What a nightmare.

On a bright sunny day in the morning I was rehearsing the day before for my job interview I was drinking my coffee in my favorite rocking chair as I sat my coffee mug down to get up I hit my phone that was on the arm of the rocking chair (o no I said) the phone hit the tile floor and I heard what sounded like glass cracking again (O NO) picked up the phone and looked at the front and sure enough the screen was cracked. I quickly look for on my phone carrier to see if I had a warranty/insurance YES,,, I was relieved called carrier and got ASURION phone number called and they sent me a text to the website, then I went to website ASURION and EASY PEASY filled out step by sept instructions and BAM got my claim done it 15 minutes. IF they had a 10 star rating I would rate it a 10,

I called Asurion to file a claim for my Samsung A20 which had an unusable, broken screen. As a 10+ year customer of Cricket Wireless, I had maintained the insurance on my phones with much satisfaction.

My old phone wouldn't charge right. The charging port felt loose. I contacted AT&T insurance place they responded quickly and replaced my phone.
Super easy to set up, just need a picture of the receipt & upload it to the website provided on the BJ's receipt, and add your phone number & email address & that was it!
