Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
I filed a claim with Asurion at 8a on a Sunday the repair center opened at noon. They had the phone fixed by 2p. Asurion comes highly recommended by this writer. Stellar service, thank you!
My printer stoppef working after a year and a half. I packed it up and sent it back to Asurion. They sent me back a check in the full amount I paid for it at Staples.
Took my $100 fee for replacement of a damaged insured cell phone. Unable to "verify" my account because the website crashes and it doesn't sync/work with the pin I set through verizon. I've had my account "locked" for over 48 hours and reset my PIN twice. Customer service "can't help". Was supposed to have a replacement phone 2 days ago, still today, nobody's shown up. Two times now, nobody has shown up when the email says somebody will be coming. Let me just say, I am a PROFESSIONAL network engineer, for over 16 years. I can promise you I'm not doing anything wrong. The website is poorly written and crashes to a message saying I have to call every tiem I try to login to check the status. My CURRENT VERIZON PIN continues to lock up my Asurion acct/claim such that support is unable to get in and verify anything. Have been on the phone with them for 2 hours and basically their solution boils down to, wait another 24 hours and try again. It's absolutely pathetic. Report filed with the attorney general of Tennessee.
I filed a claim to replace a broken phone and needed it for a family trip. The replacement arrived the night before my trip and the phone would not turn on even after charging it all night. I had to go on vacation with a broken phone that freezes up. I called when I got back from vacation 10 days later and they sent me another phone but it was the wrong phone. Instead of the Galaxy S20 FE 5g they sent me a smaller phone. I just called to straighten it out again and now they are saying I have to mail one of the phones back first. I've had covid since Tues (can provide medical documentation) and wanted to mail them all back at the same time next week since it's still within the 30 day window. Now I have to leave the house sick with covid twice. This is bad customer service and not my fault. They should just mail me the right phone and allow me to return them all at the same time. I don't want to have to pay for a broken phone and the wrong phone. I dont understand why i have to go out of my way when they messed up twice. I do not recommend them at all!

It was easy to get in and get my screen replaced. The tech had great customer service skill and explained all details of the repair.
Lost my phone used their insurance to get a replacement. After spending and hour on phone with Verizon tech coach had to get transferred over to asurion. They said they sent me a wrong phone, or a crap phone never really got a straight answer. They said they would send a new one and I needed to send the crap one back they sent to me. All good until these jerk askes me for a credit card so if the phone doesn't show up, they will charge me $479. I told them no I am not giving them a card and if I go to the post office and get a receipt of mailing then they can take it up with the post office if it doesn't show up. He said the only way to ship me a new phone is if I give him a credit card. I called a new Verizon tech coach and because of him they may keep me as a Verizon customer. I asked if I can just take the one, they sent me to the VZ store and trade it in or buy out my contract and get T-Mobile and he said yes. So tomorrow I will do just that, and at this point I want nothing to do with asurion insurance. They are horrible, send you crap and then get mad at you for not wanting to somehow give them more money on someone else's screw-up!
The technician (Wayne) that fixed the phone was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and had the phone fixed within the matter of minutes. Couldn't have asked for a better tech.
I just filled out the form, they sent me the mailing label - I mailed the printer back and 3 days later they sent me an egift card reimbursement to get a new printer.
Needed to get my phone set up for the VPN on digital secure. I had it on my phone, but it wasn't connecting. He walked me through it and I had it done thank you

I had to file a claim for my phone and I am so glad that we can file online now. It litterly took me like 3 minutes till my claim was complete. It was simple, fast, and no hassel at all.

Just had my first experience with Asurion. I don't know what to say. I will never buy anything backed by them again. On 6/21/2021 I purchased as 1/3 HP Sump Pump for $149.99 plus tax and the Asurion Plan. On 7/6/2023 the pump failed. I submitted a claim and was giving a gift card (It is not legal to return submersible pumps to a store in NY) for the amount of $149.99. The price of the pump in 2021. Now in 2023 the same pump is $199.99 plus tax. I was basically shorted $50 that I had to come up with to replace the warrantied pump. This is the worst warranty plan I have ever seen. Harbor Freight is 100X better. I have had them replace items for no additional cost to me even though the product price had increased over years. If it had been any other type of item, I could simply have brought it back to the store and swapped it for a new item for no additional cost. So, after having been blindsided by Tractor Supply Company and Asurion, I threw their credit away, and have gone back to Harbor Freight

I got an asurion protection plan with my laptop a few years ago, not thinking much of it. A few years later, the GPU fan started grinding against the internals and was unbearable to work with. I simply took the fan out, so i could do less demanding schoolwork peacefully. When the school year ended and I could be without my laptop for a bit, I filed a claim to get it repaired. I am now writing this after my 3rd unsuccessful claim because of "unauthorized prior repair attempt". The last 2 times I explicitly stated that I did NOT try to repair it, I simply removed a part (which I sent to them, and they DIDN'T EVEN SEND BACK). This recent time they even had my laptop for TWO WEEKS just to send it back without doing $#*!. What the $#*! could possibly take 2 weeks to do nothing? I'm absolutely livid, and have been in the process of calling, filing claims, and shipping and receiving packages for 2 months now. Should've just gone to a repair shop, god forbid I think my insurance is worth something. I have never had a worse customer experience with a company in my life, stay far far away.

My tv wasn't working correctly and the Asurion rep came to my house, explained the process, took my tv and returned it in 3 days. Dean (the rep) explained the repair and set the tv up before he left.
The washing machine wasn't working correctly. I call asurion and they sent the parts and a repairman four days later. The repairman was on time and completed the job.
I had a problem due to miscommunication it was handled right away. They took my info and tracked down what was needed to handle my problem it was a great experience.
My phone was broken and the replacement was recieved in 2 days which is fast
