Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
My iPhone 6plus phone stopped holding a charge I walked into att store on Blackstone fresno ca & unbeknownst to me I was sold a replacement iPhone 11 for $729.99 when I got home I noticed the receipt at the bottom of the bag immediately unsuccessfully tried calling the Att agent back at the store using the number he'd given me then I remembered I had assurion insurance which I called spoke to a pleasant competent agent who quickly assessed my issue the next day I received my replacement iPhone 11 at no charge via FedEx so I returned to the Att store on Blackstone returned the $729.99 iPhone 14 of course I had to ask the agent Carlos why he had not been able to notice that I had assurion insurance. If he responded I didn't notice but I'm grateful for assurion insurance.

Cracked screen And the computer wasn't and hasn't been operating correctly since the screen cracks none of the touch functions on the screen work and just everything's going slowly degrading
With Samsung's warrenty we had no issue with getting service on our TV. We're very happy with Samsung and service provider. They were in and out quickly and on time
So even tho they say same day cracked screen repair and they will fix it or replace with a upgraded model that's vonplete bull**** they took 2 months to say they won't fix my laptop screen. Even tho I could find replacement parts for it (it's a newer laptop) and instead of upgrading it they chose the cheapest option and gave me a ridiculous low offer to buy me out. Not even half of what I spent on the laptop much less and upgrade. Also consider it vost over $100 to even send it in for repairs...fine print says they can. So if their arbitrary buy out cost is less than the replacement or upgrade they will do the cheapest option. Even after begrudgingly accepting (they threw away my cracked laptop so I couldnt get it back,) they send a email to start a long claim process that didn't work. I called 3 times each time they said they would send a new email and it take 24-48 hrs. Each time I called back they had no records and they never did their job and actually sent it... after being on hold for minimum hr each time... finally 4th call they send a check thro the mail and it takes 10 days... so we'll see how many times I'll need to call back untill they actually do their job and send it... worst purchase u can make. Spend months fee for 3 years. Spend $100+ to send in the device and a $400 part to fix is to much so they offer you less bc its in the fine print. And it's arbitrary, nothing to do with the actual price you can buy it at the store for. Sh***test scamy company

Staples Technicians was almways helpful, we was working on the issue since July and finally receiving the refund.

Went into an Asurion partner location. My phone was fixed within an hour. Service was great and efficient.
I cracked my screen a while back and had it fixed two weeks ago through them. Someone came and fixed it. Saturday my screen stopped working and they tried to tell me I had to pay $150 to get it replaced. I have been in att so many times the past few days. Called Asurion at least 15 different times saying I'm not paying that because that's not how insurance should work after YOU are the ones who had just replaced my screen. I've been on the phone with them at least 10 hours in the past 4 days. Almost every time it's been for an hour each converation giving me the run around. Finally yesterday I they realized whoever fixed my screen never finished filling out the claim. I had to give them exact details and the claim number I had been emailed and it had looked like I cancelled my claim because they never filed it as fixed. Yesterday after being on the phone for an hour+ they said they are giving it to a hire up manager and to call back asap in the morning. I did and was given the run around again. On the phone for over an hour again and I had to have them contact me back because I had to be at work. Gave them a call back number and they said they'd call me back asap. Got off work at 4 and they had never called me. Called back and I was then yet again given the run around and the person who was supposed to call me back wasn't at their office. I asked a specific time of when they will be giving me a call back and they said 6:30. Still yet again have not heard from them...
Both the representative and the service man were great! The representative was very helpful and the sevice man come in and was out in about 20 to 30 minutes.
The rep was communicative and on time. My phone was ready in under 15 minutes.
