Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
Asurion is the worse company ever. My screen cracked and I have this worthless insurance with Asurion. Via their website, I scheduled a technician to come to my location to fix my cracked screen and paid my deductible. They provided a window between 11:00am and 1:00PM and in their typed instructions from the notification I received it states that the technician will call when they are on their way (see pics). I called Asurion at 12:05PM and asked the customer service rep if the technician was still coming, since I had not received a phone call and the customer service rep stated "yes they are still schedule to be there within the hour". Well at 1:05PM still no technician, so I called Asurion back and was then told by the customer service rep that they did not have a technician available to come to my location. Now where do you find the sense in that one? Why schedule a technician to come out if they don't have any available to come out. Did you not know your technicians schedules 2 days prior when I was scheduled for the service? No phone call or anything to even say the technician was not coming. Their service is total trash. Find another company that will provide you the service you deserve. We pay tooooo much for our phones to be treated like this and Verizon should be ashamed for using such a poor low class company.
My fitbit stop working, I logged into my Asurion account & in less than five minutes had a return label & then within a week I had my check to purchase my replacement
Send my laptop to get it fix within two weeks I got it back. Seevice was great time was fast and i feel that my laptop now works faster and easy without the prevuous problem it had
They sent me a replacement phone that was all banged up, screen lifting off, dead and wouldn't take a charge.
The technician has done a wonderful job, he was fast and sufficient. I would recommend this service to friends and family.
I ordered two identical phones and Jorge figured out the problem that I had download it my old phone onto my daughters new phone instead of my new phone… What a mess but he figured it out!

Spoke with Janielin on Friday, told me there would be no deductible do to not having the original phone. All I would need to do is put my credit card information into the system and it would charge me zero dollars as a hold in case the old phone was not returned. Explained that the phone would be delivered to me on Saturday. I ran the credit card, and was thrown back into the system and spoke with Fredrick. Fredrick stated everything was good and I would receive the phone on Saturday. I never received the phone and called back Tuesday. The representative Angela showed were I spoke with the rep on Friday and stated that the order was cancelled because there should have been a $99.99 fee. He stated that they were going to speak with the manager and original person involved and call me back in 5 to 10 minutes. I never received a call back and called again. I was told that there was a fee, and that there was no longer a record. Don't mind paying a fee, however, don't lie to me or say you are doing something you are not. Not only was this not explained, but I also still do not have a replacement and am doing everything again.

This is a good protection plan that covers all of your devices in your house. Filing claims are simple, deductible is fair, and having product repaired is pretty simple, quick, and usually fixed. If not you are paid the fair market value. Love, Love, Love it! Especially if you have lots of devices. We have 3 apple watches, 3 MacBooks, Asus laptop, 2 sets AirPods, 3 pair of Beats, 4 Ipads, Xbox series X, Playstation 4, IPhone 12 Pro Max, 3 IPhone 12 Pro, 2 IPhone 12 mini, IPhone XR, IPhone 8, and IPhone 7. Not to mention 2 Apple TV boxes, 3 smart TVs, etc.
After dropping my cell in a pool I was directed to aurion though Verizon, the first time i called i waited for about an hour before I talked to a person. They sent me a new phone with the promise that someone would drop the phone off and return to their car. After arriving back in their car I was supposed to receive a call from the worker to help me set up the phone, I caught the woman sneaking up my front walk crouched down so we would not see her. She said to me here is your phone got in her car and drove away. I received an email ten minutes later saying that she had missed my appointment and no one was home. But that's not even the best part, they sent me a faultily phone. I am paying to replace a phone they should not be sending me an old phone that someone has broken before. The second and third time I called the people were extremely rude. Telling me that they would maybe send me a new phone, it was not until i threated to stop the payment of the phone that they began to actually help me. I am still waiting for the replacement of my replacement, I hope it works, but I am not holding my breath.

FOR 11 MONTHS THEY QUICKLY TAKE 24.99 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT AND THE TWO TIMES IVE TRIED TO FILE A CLAIM ONE ON MY DAUGHTERS CHROMEBOOK AND THE 2ND ON MY ALL IN ONE COMPUTER BOTH CLAIMS DENIED. WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASKED WHY I WAS SIMPLY TOLD YOUR CLAIM WAS DENIED WITH NO FURTHER EXPLANATION. MY DAUGHTERS ASUS FLIPBACK CHROMEBOOK ONLY NEEDED A NEW HINGE AND MY HP ALL IN ONE HAD A BLUESCREEN ISSUE. I PAY A MONTHLY PREMIUM AND I THINK IM COVERED BASED ON THAT, THEN I COME TO FIND OUT THAT IM NOT. FEELS FRAUDULENT TO ME AND IM MOVING ON IN DISGUST AND CONTRACTUAL ABANDONMENT...
