Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
They never resolved my issue. Only partially. Had to call back several times. Unacceptable. It's now over a week and I'm still trying to get the phone back to what it was. Most apps were gone, ID's gone, etc.
Asurion were very professional, reliable and quick in taking care of the issue with my dryer in a timely manner.
I highly recommend them.

The insurance provider for Att is a crock of $#*! I can't get my same color phone but they will still charge u 250.00 kiss my $#*!

Staff was very pleasant and courteous. Gave me a tentative time to have my son's phone fixed and even finished half an hour earlier than expected.
They've made so easy to make a claim, u don't have to speak anyone, just explain what happened, follow the directions and boom. Definitely worth it!

I was able to resolve a technical issue regarding my guitar with full warranty support. Quick, easy, and true to their word in the Asurion pamphlet.
$325/year and they would not cover a glass on my iPad. Which I still would have to pay $100. The actual repair without insurance is $300.

I like being able to use the chat because phone calls can feel frustrating. Chat is a little more easy going but still resolved critical issues.
They promise fast local repair, but it is not available. Takes weeks to complete claim and then you need to mail the phone off.
