I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
They denied my iPhone claim that i lost and offered no alternative. I am reporting them to the federal insurance commission for scamming consumers.

My daughters cell got stuck on the restart screen on a Friday night. We went into a Verizon store on Saturday and because we have insurance they gave us the www.phoneclaim.com website for Asurion. I spent two hours on Saturday filling stuff out online, having to print a sworn affidavit, including the ESN/MEID/IMEI. My daughter couldn't get to the ESN number with the instructions the website gave us because her phone was locked on the restart screen, so I spent the remainder of time waiting on hold first with Asurion and then Verizon. Today, Sunday, I woke to an email saying my claim was processed and approved and to "click here" for more information. The email took me to a screen that said Asurion needed more info and to contact them (WTH)! I then had to fill out a form to have them contact me and I'm waiting (tick, tick, tick) and wasting my Sunday! Who knows how it will go from this point but after reading the reviews on this site, I'm thinking not very well. Funny, the reviews on the Asurion site are all shining five stars. Verizon, this is a waste of my time and money and you need to contract with a much better option than Asurion.
Love this company. Wish I would of gotten the same device replaced but I'm just happy to have a working iwatch no matter the model.

Got appointment, showed up late to appt, yet my phone was repaired to good as new less than 2 hours by a very, kind as well as professional gentleman at the NW Barry Rd store in Kansas City,MO.
Malika was so easy to work with. Her directions were complete and encouraging. She is a credit to the Verizon tech team!
Waited 11 days for an appt. Tech didn't show. Now I can wait another 8 days or take to store. Horrible CS!
Tip for consumers:
Look for cell phone damage or replacement coverage somewhere other than you carrier. I will not use Asurion again. Their website is not user friendly. Links in emails they sent do not work. Customer Service is little help if you can get through the automated system to a person.
