I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
Run far away from this insurance company as you can. They aren't trustworthy and are all about nickeling and diming you, finding any reason not to process your claims. I have the DirecTV Premier Protection insurance plan and I had a Samsung TV remote control that went faulty and under my terms and conditions, it clearly states OEM remote controls are covered for repairs or replacement. So when I went to open a claim the insurance rep stated they don't cover remote controls anymore and that Asurion some how magically just changed the T&C without any customer notifications. I explained to him that it was clearly stated in the T&C that remote controls are covered but then he pointed to a small one line in there that says "We can modify these terms at any time." But never got any notification or mail that they changed their T&C to not cover remotes anymore. Also the T&C that is on my Asurion account still shows that remote controls are covered. They use that one small line for a cop-out and can use it anytime to get out of not covering your claim... very SHADY and GREEDY company!

My experience was horrible! They ended up giving me $1,000 towards a new cooktop, which i had to pay for the balance and installation. They claim was made on 10/1/22 and they finanlly settled with me on 11/21/22 - i spent hours on the phone with GE and asurion because Asurion claimed they didnt receive anything, but GE cc me on the emails. And Asurion added things like "it was because of improper use" when GE did not say that in there email. Then they changed it to read "beyond the manufactures recomendations" they will lie just to not pay a claim. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE HORIBLE TO DEAL WITH! GO WITH AMERICAN HOME SHIELD OR ANOTHER COMPANY AVIOD THIS ONE AT ALL COST!

Our speaker quit working so we called to make a claim. Said we'd get a new phone I got a new to me phone reconditioned/used.
App wasn't working so Anne assisted with filing my claim through chat. Anne was professional and fast to respond.
Returned damaged cell phone process was Lety easy and well explained on how to manage returning the damage phone.
This is my second time time using this service and I will recommend it truly to anyone, the worker was efficient, professional and timely.
First claim I filed was my fault, I dropped the phone and broke it, they replaced it within a reasonable delay however despite paying 15$ per month for this insurance they will charge you for a replacement, in my case it was 200$. Wow. Replacement phone was also a refurbished phone, not even new.
This replacement phone lasted less than a year before I had to bring it in a store and be told the mother chip had an issue, that it was not user error, and that the phone had to be replaced. I have a very strong suspicion this is due to a already faulty product that was "Fixed and shipped back out".
I called again to file a second claim. Like the first time theyll try to offer you a replacement phone that is not even close to the value of your phone. Ive been waiting for 1 month now, called and was told there is no deadline for claim completions and if it takes a year, thats what itll take. I highly suspect theyre just waiting for another user to file a claim, send in their faulty phone so they can fix it up then ship it out to me. They also mentionned they would be cancelling the insurance as ive "Maxed out" the claim options on my plan.
I was extremely impressed with the way Asurion repaired my black screen. It looks like I have new MacBook.

I bought a flip phone last year in December and as everyone knows those phones are now discontinued it got damaged by opening it and closing it and so I filed a claim they did send me a check for the amount of original cost of the phone and send me a label and a package to send the phone back to them I did sent it but the package got lost and they said they never received it
they clearly specified on the package that I could just bring it to the blue box at any USPS or just drop it in my mailbox so it can be picked out from USPS MAIL I was never told to bring it to the USPS office so I could get a tracking number they sent the bill to at&t and they easy deducted it from my bank account this is pretty ridiculous to me that they're now asking me to give them a tracking number how do you get a tracking number from your mailbox or the blue box? They're asking for it so they can remove the charges they are smart enough to know that it's impossible for me to provide them with a tracking number and sounds very convenient on their side I'm so mad at all this and I will cancel my services with this scammers and at&t as well will make may relatives do it too this was totally unfair.
Phone stolen and had to pay $249usd to get the phone back without any additional items. Then they tell me that i can not have the phone shipped and programmed while i am in Mexico... WTF... so phone getd shipped to USA then programmed by a friend then I PAY TO HAVE IT SHIPPED HERE another $200USD...

Very easy process and great people to work. I'm very happy with the process.
I would put less than 1 star if possible. The following comedy of errors was made by this inept company:
1. Completed their online claims on Sept. 24 to report a phone had been damaged beyond repair. I checked then-option to get the phone the same day between 5 & 7 PM. I received a phone call that the phone was deliver to the wrong house and I could still get the phone if I wanted one that had already been opened (suspicious). I said no and the customer rep said someone would call me back later - no one did the remainder of the day.
2. On Sept 25th I called to find out if a phone was shipped out. The customer care person said the phone was shipped out at 9pm on the 24th. I asked for a tracking number and was put on hold for over 30 min. Until another lady came as if answering the call for the first time. She confirmed that the phone was NOT shipped at 9 PM like I was told.
3. They said the phone would be shipped out on the 25th and I would get it on Saturday, September 26. I jus checked the UPS tracking and it was logged to ship at 12:01pm on the 9/25 but wasn't actually shipped from their location until 12:06 AM on the 9/26.
Summary: This company is full of lies and deceit and will tell you anything to get you off the phone. That's after you've been on hold for ever. Hopefully, I get my replacement phone that I paid $200 for in the next day or two. After that, I'm done with this ripoff company.
I contacted insurance right when I noticed damage. They were extremely helpful and got me a repair appointment speedily. I am highly satisfied.
