Broke my screen. Filed the reporting they got back in touch super fast. The tech came to me the very next day and fixed my screen in under 20 minutes! I love that they can come to you now for some issues and fix it. The tech was kind, knowledgeable, friend, and fixed it quick!

From filing my claim to replace my lost iPhone to getting it set back up was easy. I filed the claim right from my AT&T app. My replacement phone arrived in a couple days. The customer service lady helped me set up the iPhone and even waited patiently while back up from iCloud finished first. She made the experience a lot less stressful than I thought it would have been.

I had 2 phones that had cracked screens, and when I tell you Noah got us back in the game fast, he got us taken care of super fast! He was friendly and polite! He even helped my daughter's iPhone into repair mode because I didn't know how (I'm a galaxy user)!

I absolutely love the process of dropping off my phone and given an accurate time for pickup. After the screen on my phone broke I contacted Asurion. I was able to set up an appointment to drop off my phone and get it fixed the next day. I arrived early dropped off my phone and it was done an hour. Thanks to my tech Sandra, who was professional and efficient she made the experience a lot more manageable. This has been probably the better experience I've had dealing with my phone compared to any in the past.

What a great experience this was, brought my phone in and handed it over. They did excellent work. Quick and painless. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Asurion's customer service person that assisted me with the claim for my IPhone replacement was very patient and explained every detail to me step by step. I didn't remember the young ladies name, but she was good at her job. I received my replacement phone within a day of making the claim! Now that's good Customer Service!

Asurion came to me at home and replaced my broken phone screen perfectly within 20 minutes. I was able to cook dinner while the tech was in his van fixing my phone. All for only $29! Very happy.

The representative was extremely patient and knowledgeable. It was almost an hour on the call and he was very cordial and walked me through multiple processes in order to activate my replacement phone.

I have a very clumsy teenager who has dropped his phone no less than 3 times (two while riding his bike and one into the bathtub). As a single parent, it would be almost impossible to replace if I did not have this insurance.

Fast turn around time, took less than 5 mins to replace and they came to where ever I was and fixed it. A much better experience than with previous cell phone.
