I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.

I had no trouble following with ease, however my issue was still continuing to happen, so she escalated my problem to tier 2 tech support. She handled my issue with care and was of great assistance at such a late time in the evening. Great job!
If you buy any higher priced item, I highly recommend purchasing a protection plan with it. The company that has that contract, Asurion, is super friendly and super helpful. I chatted with an agent and she had the issue resolved in a matter of minutes!
Great service and company easy to get through to them
Typical scam. I paid for Asurion when I purchased something on Amazon. It had issues within 10 days. I couldn't file a claim because I needed to wait a month after purchasing the item before I can create a claim, therefore, I needed to pay 2 months to Asurion before I could receive benefits. It's $17 a month for Asurion.
(i.e. If you bought an item for $40, and also bought Asurion coverage, so you spent $40 PLUS the $17 monthly payment for Asurion. They require 2 months of payments before coverage. That's $34 to Asurion already, so you get $7 back towards your item IF they accept the claim).
I called and the voice prompts did everything they could to direct me to a text chat instead of voice chat. I finally got a hold of somebody and asked why I couldn't file a claim? They said it was in the terms and conditions. I asked what was the reason for paying the first month then? Why was I not covered after paying the first month? Legit question and they had no response besides "terms and conditions".
That right there told me they are not easy to work with and the claim would probably get denied. Already not worth it considering they need 2 months of payments before coverage.
Amazon needs to drop those guys before a huge lawsuit happens. What a trash way to conduct your company business.
Extremely easy claim process and the claim was approved and processed the same day and received the replacement phone the next day.

Purchased a power washer through Amazon and purchased the extended warranty. A problem occurred requiring a repair. Far too many steps to submit a claim, but it was accomplished. Promised a follow-up contact to obtain necessary repairs. We will see what happens.

Thought it was gonna be a pain to use the protection plan, it turned out to easy. Would purchase the protection plan again on high priced items for a piece of mind!
My iPhone battery wasn't holding a charge. The representative was fantastic at getting the claim filled for me and finding a location where I could take my phone. Caleb at the store was efficient, and I got a new battery for no charge.

Michelle was OUTSTANDING, very knowledgeable and patient, however (not Michelle's fault) we got to a point in the session where I had to do something else and could not continue the troubleshooting. I asked Michelle if I were to chat back into the system would the next representative would be able to see what we accomplished in an hour and 36 mins. She said no. That was pretty disappointing. However Michelle was AWESOME 🤩!
