I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.

Their outsourced call center is not only unprofessional but incompetent as well. I filed a claim via their website. The website states that it would be delivered the next day. The claim was not touched by their team until the next day which meant that it would be 2 business days (no big deal). I did not receive the package so I called the company. The woman told me that she "guarantees it will be there the next day" and I will receive the tracking number after the call. I never received the tracking number because they did nothing to ship a new phone. I called again the following day (3 days after the initial claim). They had no record of my conversation the day before. I was told that it would be delivered the following day, again. I clearly stated that it had to be shipped to me on the following day, otherwise it would be a different address. Initially, the man told me it would be an additional $20 fee to send the device. Obviously frustrated, I refused to pay for that as I already paid my deductible. They then said the address was set but it would not be delivered for at least 3 days. I told them that, as I stated before, I would then have to ship to a different address. To that, they responded that it was already in review and I would need to call back in 24 hours. Again, I refused to right their wrong. After speaking to the 2nd person, I asked them to call the address review department. He refused to for over 45 more minutes. Then, finally reluctantly called them. He came back to me saying they were able to change it to the updated address. Then, he told me in 1 hour I will receive an updated email with the new address. Sure enough, the address was never updated. This company is full of lying people who continually promise things they cannot fulfil. I do not know if I will ever receive the phone and am out almost $300. I hope Sprint/T Mobile drops this company as soon as possible.

First time every making a claim and after 45 minutes on the phone nothing was resolved to help me the consumer. When I first filed my claim, someone from Asurion was to call me back to schedule an appointment. I didn't receive a call for over two days. Once I was able to speak to a rep and schedule, the first opening was 7 days later which didn't help because I would be traveling for Thanksgiving the next day. I was able to schedule an appointment in the state I traveled to and was given a 2 hour window. Technician did show up but couldn't fix my phone because he didn't have the part. He apologized and rescheduled for the following day but at a less convenient two hour window. I took the appointment anyway because I needed my phone working. I waited and waited and after the two hour window passed I called to check on the status of the appointment. The rep said I was scheduled for the following day with an even more inconvenient two hour window because for some reason the tech wasn't able to make the second appointment. No phone call or text message, nothing! How could they schedule without even speaking to me? After 45 minutes on hold to resolve the scheduling issue, Melissa, told me they can't waive the repair fee but could send me a gift card for $15.00. I asked them to offer a discount or a credit me a few months free on the new device I will now need to purchase since they're not fixing my phone. Nope cannot do that either. What good is insurance if you can't use it? Asurion and Verizon Wireless do not care about their customers, period! Very disappointed with both companies. What has happened to customer service in America?
