I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!

Unfortunately I had dropped my phone and broke the screen to the point where I could not see anything at all. I filled out the claim form and had it repaired the same day which was amazing! The service took just over 1 hour. The staff were very friendly and my device is working great!

The whole experience was great. I called and the young lady was very friendly and explained the whole process with the replacement phone. The whole process was not long at all. The phone was delivered the very next day with no issues. It is nice to know that this process is very easy, and the customer service is amazing.
