I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
I purchased a three year lawn and garden protection plan for my power washer which gave out six months after the manufacturer's warranty expired. I contacted Asurion to file a claim and was sent a text with a link to begin that process.

The agent asked me for some details and after receiving my information, Marjorie the agent quickly responded that I was entitled to the full purchase price refund in the form of a e-gift card to be used on Amazon. I had cracked my phone screen at work and the bottom half was all blinky. Very annoying. Put in my claim, scheduled for the repair tech to come to my house to fix, all in a matter of minutes. On the day of service the tech showed up at my house, was friendly and courteous. He took my phone to his vehicle and in a very short amount of time my phone was returned with a new and perfectly calibrated screen. Would use his services again.
