I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!

You know how you get insurance to warranty for items that you purchase. But then you forget that you have them I forgot I had mine and this is the first time in many many years that I called on it and the person that was a lady by the name of Rachel and from start to finish her service was outstanding From now on, I will always pay attention to the insurance and the warranty of items that I purchase

I had the worst experience with att. Their customer service suck's locally. But Asurion Employee was very professional, helpful, and understanding. His customer service skills were right on point. He helped me reset my apple Id password so he could service the phone. He was so polite. Your company is better with him in it. He explained what he needed from, what he was going to do, and when he finished with the phone he explained everything he did and what i could expect from repair. Marcos was our service technician and he was knowledgeable and swift. When we had to wait a full hour due to the iPhone face recognition system that makes one wait that long before the final tests, he offered to call and lead us through it remotely. Top notch service and we will use them again if needed!

My screens were cracked on two of my phones. I scheduled the appointment online on a Tuesday and the repair tech came to my home the next day and fixed my screens. I love that the repair techs are mobile because I work from home and it's hard for me to run errands
