I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
My phone kept optimizing and shutting down, saying I don't have a Sim card and can only make Emergency calls, I contacted Verizon and they set me up with a Chat with Jojo which helped me fix the problem...Very helpful

My screens were cracked on two of my phones. I scheduled the appointment online on a Tuesday and the repair tech came to my home the next day and fixed my screens. I love that the repair techs are mobile because I work from home and it's hard for me to run errands

I was frustrated, because I was unable to file a claim myself. Reynaldo stepped in and assisted me and he was very warm, kind and understanding. He got my claim filed with no issues and it was pretty quick. He made my day so much better and he was very informative.
I had to submit a claim on a garden hose. It was extremely easy using the "chat" function and in less than 10 minutes my claim was approved!
I am one of those that have really bad luck with phones. They tend to jump out of my hands and crack the screen pretty often. Before Asurion, it was so broke trying to get the screen replaced for $350 or more. Supper expensive! I finally decided to sign on with Asurion. The claim was super easy to file. I was a little skeptical about the house call for the repair but decided to give it a shot. I got to choose the time frame that worked for me. The technician called me within that time frame and showed up when promised. The screen was fixed in about 30 minutes. A quick signature and I got my phone back, like new. Could not be any happier. Wish I would have signed up earlier.

After 4 hours with multiple customer service agents and two different chats with at&t, the Asurion rep did in 15 min what ATT could not figure out in over 4 hours with multiple supervisors involved.

Lost my very expensive MacBook due to some water being spilled on it. Asurion was able to replace my laptop for me and get me back going saving me so much money. I will be forever thankful! Never expected to do something so dumb but accidents happen!
Great customer service treated with respect and knowledge great attitude
At first I called and delt with a customer service rep with att and they were no help at all. Stating I didnt have insurance on any of my phones which i know i did. And they werent helpful at all. Asurion as soon as I put a claim in, was more help then the countless times I had att customer service rep help. I would definitely use them again
I used the Chat bot to make my claim and it worked very well. Asurion honored my warranty claim on the spot. Very happy with my experiance.

Well 1st of all nothing we have you can fix my cell phone cracked and you couldn't fix and then our laptop screen cracked and couldn't fix that either so what can you fix? I am gonna cancel this program, it's a joke!
