I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!

She expedited my claim process in minutes and relegated it to a local UBreakIFix locale that could have my laptop fixed in less than a week whereas I was originally on the phone for hours with others with multiple holds and never got anything accomplished. She was absolutely exemplary.
