I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!

I spent hours with hp trying to fix this problem. Finally I called the store where I bought the printer and they said to call asurion. I did. They totally understood and walked me through the solution in less than an hour. Hp has great printers but their weakness is on the help chats and phone chats. Asurion allowed me to bypass hp altogether. Will never buy another printer without it.
Lawrence was very courteous and professional in fixing my sons phone. He was knowledgeable about the product and restored it to its factory like new performance. No issues as of yet.
I sent in an ipad due to the charging port being positional and not charging. They replaced my screen, which had no damage and sent it back to me with no comments. They are refiling the claim and i'm sending it back, but I am frustrated that i have to do this twice.

I purchased an item that was under warranty. My warranty with Asurion was honored with no issues at all. I had all the information they required and everything worked out just fine.
We had 3 new iPhones to activate. We had already set them up but ran into difficulty activating our Verizon service. The first 2 took some time but were pretty straightforward. However, the last one kept saying it was linked to another device. It took us forever to find an old, nearly dead phone but Sheena was patient and kept troubleshooting. Nearly 3 hours later, they all are working and I didn't want to scream. She really kept her cool and made the process seem not so awful. Kudos to Sheena!
I am NOT good with technology and was dreading the headache that i knew would follow when my husband broke his iwatch at work! Figured it would honestly be easier to just buy him a new one or upgrade, but i was assured by ATT & friends that it was an easy, fool proof process with asurion. And it actually has been! Making the claim was easy, received updates from asurion every step of the way via email. Replacement watch here the next day. I dreaded the whole "erase old data and watch, add new watch" ordeal. Watched a lot of videos on it, asked a lot of friends. Finally broke down and used the ATT/asurion support chat... SO GLAD I DID! My tech, jonathon, answered everything thoroughly and stayed with me every step of the way! I NEVER imagined the switch being as easy as it has been... but i can ASSURE you that i would still be searching videos and articles if i had not utilized the chat resource! So grateful to have this service! Thank you again for keeping things simple and being patient and informative! Appreciate you so much!

Heck, only thing they could have added to the experience to make it even better would have been a matching IPad! The phone was delivered within 24 hours of placing the claim!
