I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
Our daughter broke her phone, we took the phone in and went across the way to the mall and we barely got sat down to eat and they had her phone done! Very fast and efficient! And the staff were very patient with all our questions. Very friendly!
I feel I shouldn't have to pay co-pay considering I pay for insurance every month. I've had this phone since day one because they put a new boy in training with me and he didn't know his $#*! in a hole in the ground.
I scheduled an appointment in less than a minute and the repair person Kyle came straight to my house. They called my phone during the time window and let me know when they would arrive and it was very convenient. The repair was so fast and expertly done. Very satisfied.

Grateful for the replacement plan. However, the Asurion agent was only interested in activating my new phone asap (without utilizing the back up) so that he could focus on selling me a new full home plan. Upon politely declining this offer, the agent threatened me and hung up.
I ultimately had to go to my local AT&T store where I received excellent customer service as they properly restored my phone.
Glad I had the insurance for replacement. But the Asurion agent and service experience was unbelievably poor and frankly borderline criminal.

On Sunday 8.4.24 roughky 1 pm we had a young man stop by to drop a phone off to one of our residents. He was parked in a space clearly marked no parking as its part of the fire access for larger vehicles. I approached him and kindly asked him to move. In a passive aggressive manner he agreed but without actually saying yes. I waited a few min and had to approach him for a second time at which point he became very combative and rude. Not only that but even after informing him that I was the property manager he immediately started talking bad about a total stranger to the residents. Afte, he spent about 20-30 min in their apartment socializing. Long story short, between the parking in the no parking space, representing his employer in a very unprofessional manner, and the inability to communicate effectively or clearly, he is no longer welcome here. His license plate was 9mhv602. Very young, very large, very unkempt person. If you have a similar experience please repot him.
Tip for consumers:
Very frustrating to deal with entitled youth like this. They should have clear training on how to deal with objections. Especially on private property when disregarding the clearly posted rules.

I had Assurion for a very long time and even though I am very careful with my devices, my daughters aren't. And we end up filing a claim quite often and always getting it resolved without much delay. I highly recommend it.
I've unfortunately had to use this service for several phones. I say unfortunately because nobody ever wants to break a phone in the first place. However, each time I have made a claim the service has been excellent! Asurion is a good company and they make the process of replacing or repairing a device as painless as possible. It's a great investment and I highly recommend covering your device with Asurion!
Every step of the way it has been nothing but problems with this company. Too many problems to explain, as I am exhausted from their nonsense. Just know, that it is day 16 without a refrigerator with no end in sight. Four assignments and reassignments between two companies because Asurion messed up and reassigned it to the wrong company the first time. Their notes are inaccurate. So very frustrating. No one will help. They just say that they can keep doing this process indefinitely, as there is no requirement on time limits for the repairs to be completed. They just don't care.

I went only after losing my Samsung phone at a public arena. The process was super easy and the phone arrived quickly via Fedex. I opened the phone and installed the new sim card in the phone and turned it on only to get a message that the SIM was out of date for the Sumsung S23Ultra phone. Tried everything I could think of to correct but after 6 hours was unable. Went to a nearby ATT store the next day and the staff was able to swap to a new SIM and I was back in business in 10 minutes.
I thought it was a waste to have because I'm usually very careful with my phone, but after running my phone over with my car, it was definitely worth having and I had a new phone within 2 days. The claim was easy to file and the phone came quick.
First off let me say that I'm very pleased on ATT having the experience techs to work on their customers phones, the tech was very professional, and concerned on working on my iPhone gave me all the data if something was to go wrong after fixing it and gave me options what to do, but before he even opened the fone he knew right off jump that he gonna do his best to have my phone fixed thank you ATT for hiring techs that know what they do 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💯💯💯
The iPhone would not boot up. We phoned in a claim and the local ubreakifix shop was able to replace the battery. The Asurion representative on the phone and the people in the local shop were very nice and helpful.
The service is Excellent, they were very nice and friendly, and knowledgeable, my phone looked brand new when I went to pick it up, I was really amazed, 😀
Phone was fixed within 3 hours of filing the claim! Repair location was 5 minutes away from our home and ready for pick up within 2 hours of dropping it off.
IPhone purchased 15 months ago needed replacement. Claim was submitted and a call to confirm it had successfully submitted was very helpful and the person I spoke with very nice and provided all info. Received the replacement phone the next day and the call to Asurion to activate the phone resulted in an easy process with excellent step by step help from the rep. He was very friendly and made sure the phone was working and all my questions were answered.
Such a positive and engaging group of customer care professionals. The Asurion representatives were respectful, FUN, knowledgeable and really made the entire process feel less like a "task". Will definitely recommend Asurion and already have.
Best experience ever dealing with phones issues. Claim made and new phone was mailed immediately. Representative walked my husband through the setting of his device and assisted in him recovering his Google account after forgetting his password.
This was the best service ever. I've never had this type of service I was able to be at home. The technician came by. He even came a little early after a phone call which I really appreciate it. I would recommend this to anyone. Thank you very much.
The rep was so helpful! I was feeling helpless after leaving the Apple Store since they offered no solution. The rep at Asurion knew exactly what to do and the turn over time was exceptionally fast.

Setting up the claim online was easy, went to their repair store. Showed them the claim number, left my phone and came back an hour and a half later to a fixed phone. Great service.
I have been an att customer for over 25 years. I have used this service multiple times before with no issues. All of a sudden for my claim to be process I had to contact att and change my account information to my legal name. It took speaking to 7 or 8 individuals before someone finally informed me what my issue was on my claim. After several days working thru this issue I finally got my claim resolved.
