Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.

I filed a claim for my broken screen and got it all taken care of by Mr. Ruben ( Technician). He made sure I was back up and running in no time. I have never met anyone with such outstanding work ethic and such a great attitude. He made my day amd made it so easy to work with. This man deserves more than 5 stars, he is awesome. We need more people like him in this world. Thank you again. 👌

I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!

He fixed my screen, gave me tips on how to prolong my battery life AND replaced screws that were missing from the previous work I had done 2 years prior.
You can tell Casey cares for his job and enjoys fixing devices for customers - while demonstrating his awesome tech skills.
They advised what needed to be done.told me the time frame.i picked up my phone and it looked brand new.this was a $1600 phone that the front was cracked and the inside was black.i thought I needed to get anew phone.the process could not have been easier. I was extremely stressed due to dropping my phone and cracking the screen which left me unable to use my phone. After making the claim online I was unsure what the process was going to be the next day. However once I got to the AT&T store. My stress quickly subsided after speaking with Ye. She addressed all of my concerns and got me back up and running within 30 minutes! Her politeness and reassurance that she would get me taken care of quickly and efficiently was a huge relief, and I cannot thank her enough! In all my experience was great. Asurion sends a prepaid mailing envelope with the address already printed on it. All you have to do is drop it off at a ups store. The repair team is super fast! I was without my phone for only a few days! It works perfectly now!
My iPhone broke and because it was an emergency, I took it to a mall repair shop. Big mistake as they did not use the correct parts and my phone would not work properly. I would've saved myself heartache and money if I had just contacted Asurion first. The process was so quick, they came on a Saturday and the technician quickly and efficiently fixed my phone. I almost cried when my phone screen cracked. I do so much on there, from appointments to interviews, grocery orders, baby item orders. My phone is an essential lifeline for my family & I. So to have the repair process be just a few clicks and then a couple hours for the actual repair, it was amazing! I'm so happy I chose Asurion for my coverage.

Had my new phone just over a year when it completely quit working. Of course out of warranty for just 4 months and AT&T is telling me I'll need to purchase a new phone, nothing they can help me with, however can try Asurion as they can replace your phone for a reasonable price.
Get to them find out that the phone is indeed toast and speaking with someone on phone and seeing that the phone was just over a year, didn't make me buy a new phone which I'm so very thankful for.

It was quick and easy. Barely had to do anything.i wish there were brand specific details (android/apple) on how to back up your photos and other items. Other than that small detail it was a good experience.
Just used Asurion services for a lost device. The claim was easy to do, the person helping with my claim was professional and courteous and the entire call took not less than 15 minutes. My new device arrived next day. I'm so pleased and cannot see myself using all my devices daily without Asurian! Thank you.

I was worried when my phone dropped from the table to the cement floor and luckily my Husband had it covered by Asurion. Showed up in time, the van with their logo the tech guy did a excellent service highly recommended.
My screen cracked and I needed it repaired before a trip. When I took it into the shop, they quoted me overnight to have it repaired because they were very busy. Since I had an early flight, I asked if they could bump me up in the queue and they did. So kind for them offer to stay a bit after closing to ensure I had my device repaired in time for traveling!
Service was exemplary. Easy to put a claim in online. Got a new phone much faster than I expected. Somebody forgot to pack the new Sim card but I still had my old one. Other than that, awesome service.
