I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
I contacted Asurion to file a claim for a Fitbit that I purchased in January 2022. They handled the claim through an on-line chat and it was smooth and easy. I recommend getting a protection plan.

I needed to utilize my protection warranty on a chair and I started the claim yesterday and wasn't able to complete it. Try to finish it myself, but couldn't jump on the chat with Richie and as easy as can be located it completed it and gave me the instructions easy as Pi.

My phone was damaged and had the dreaded black screen. I simply used another device to chat with asurion support and in only minutes my new phone was on its way. I never can understand why someone would pass on device insurance. This one incident proves that it is well worth what I spend on the coverage. Trying to setup an iphone to replace a stolen one. There were challenges in the process as I had forgotten some of my old passwords and had no extra device for apple to send verifications to. Joshua was extremely patient, helpful when the new iphone would not let me past a page in setup and gave me unparalleled assistance.
