The chat with Verizon customer service staff, Cyrilleanne was great! She did said that she set up an appointment for me to the nearest ubreakifix store which is an hour away from my residence
Unfortunately, when I got to ubreakifix store, manager Jacob said that he didn't receive on their end the appointment request.
Google pixel 4xl just won't turn on last Saturday and now it's Tuesday. I bought a new Google pixel 8 last Sunday thinking it would help me process faster but unfortunately not. No one from Verizon or Google account restore web and no contact information I can call to put my data back. I don't understand this whole issue. Right now, call and text are only functioning on my new phone. Thanks a lot! Hope there's resolution to this issue to help customer like me who's with Verizon for more than 10 years.

They handled it fast and easy. Very friendly. Clear and understandable.

It was short. Messaged someone for assistance on the website. They were able to assist in helping me file a claim. Claim was approved immediately and was able to get free shipping to return the product and get a gift card back for the same value.

Verizon is the best has the best customer service and the best service Verizon has patience when it comes to customer service and also they will not leave the phone or the text until you are satisfied to the upmost

Not sure who the gentlemen was who helped me yesterday with my terribly broken phone. But he was extremely helpful explained everything that was going to happen and sent me about my way. Couldn't have asked for better service

My phone screen recently cracked, and I received my replacement the very next day as well. I was shocked by that level of speediness!

Monica went above and beyond to assist with my claim being filed. She made sure everything was input properly and sent me the claim number, set me up for TEXT updates, and email updates. All should resolved in 3 days.
