I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!

I purchased a patio umbrella to sit under during the summer. I'm disabled and very little sight left, so average tasks can be difficult. The stormy spring weather was supposed to be past but we received one more bout. My umbrella was damaged, the company on Amazon was unhelpful and it was past Amazon's 30 day coverage. Luckily I had Asurion, Marygold was my customer representative and it was taken care of soooo fast. Marygold was helpful and patient, my claim was filed and successfully completed. Icannot be happier

Had this insurance sine 2022 haven't done not one claim. Now that I need to do one it's a hassle no replacements available after I paid. I'm canceling Home Device Protection.

My husband needed his screen replaced asap so he could leave for work. They replaced the screen for free through the warranty. He also got a much better screen protector installed and a new case for a great price! I would definitely recommend them!
The customer service specialists online are nice and handle things very well. But the system Asurion has in place does not meet the same quality of service. To be left hyperventilating on and off for over a day stranded without service accept for WiFi was simply unacceptable. Without service I couldn't even access my Apple ID to get messenger or use WiFi calling to get help. I also got stacked with late fees being unable to access apps to pay bills. I got royally screwed by the Asurion system — thankfully the customer service specialists were able to make up for what Asurion heavily lacks, true customer service.
