I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!
I received a total of two telephones and neither one I could be heard when talking. I'm pretty certain that I'll be taken care of properly and accordingly.
I've talked to a lot of tech coaches and some were able help me to a certain extent. However, this Marion lady was very helpful. Her help went straight to the point/problem and was concise. I'd give her more than five stars if it were possible.
One phone call, one visit. Fixed. Even sent instructions on what to do before we arrived, so we didn't have to wait for Apple security to allow access to phone. Loved it!
Purchasing an Asurion Protection Plan is a must. Many online vendors sell crap products and sometimes we don't realize it until it's too late to return. The protection plan allows you to shop with ease. I don't have to feel the burden of wasting my money on an item that may not be built to last.
My Apple Watch was stolen at work. I requested my replacement through my insurance on a Thursday and by Friday afternoon my new watch was on my porch in perfect condition. The claim process was the easiest thing I did that entire day and I was only without my watch for less than 48 hours.

I was so pleased by the responsiveness of Asurion. The claim form was super easy, delivery was fast and easy to track.
This is my third time getting a phone fix and the usual way is to send the phone away to be fix and that will take a week or so to get it back. But with Asurion you can get your phone the same day or the next day if they are busy.
