I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!

I had 2 experiences with Asurion Issurance. One related with a broken cellphone (Verizon) and another with a humidifier (Amazon). For both all support was extremely helpful, easy and faster to solve my problem.
I dropped my Insured Pixel 7 cell phone and cracked it so bad that it damaged a few functions on my phone. I received the kit within 24 hours as promised in order to mail my phone inside. It had easy instructions. I received my phone back, and repaired successfully five business days later as also promised. Great Job, AT&T and Asurion!👍🏾👍🏾😃

My teenage son broke his front screen. I contacted AT&T via the app and they got me in Touch with the insurance. Within 20 minutes I was told I could go to one of the locations near me. The next day we walked in and we walked out 30 minutes later with a brand new screen. The representative was very knowledgeable and efficient.

Took phone to get fix on 4-10-24 through insurance. Technicians were very polite, patient and personable. One day fix which was excellent but in the process the technician broke something in the phone. He explained, expressed his apology and began process to have replacement phone delivered overnight. Recieved new phone issued resolved. I'd recommend anyone to use thier services

Kid broke his phone. Called in for repair and it was set up for a week later. Tech. Called within 15 minutes and said he was enroute to fix. Had the phone fixed in an hour
I needed help processing a claim it was very easy and handled in a timely manner was very pleased.
This is the easiest procedure. My only complaint is the AT&T stores need to make sure each customer understands what they have at their disposal. Every AT&T customer needs to make this a must.
Asurion warranty (purchased through Amazon), was honored quickly and efficiently with little/no hassle. I would happily purchase an Asurion warranty again for any product I needed an extended warranty for.
