Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.

I was frustrated that I bought a low quality product and decided to take advantage of the Asurion protection plan I had purchased. A customer service representative Arsam helped me to achieve a refund in exchange for returning the defective product which I am very pleased about as a result as I do not feel like I wasted a lot of money on a cheap defective product.

This young man was respectful and Couldn't ask for a better tech. This gentleman was very nice to my children and explained everything to them about what he was doing and also helped. My kids understand more about their iPhone. I would have to say it was a very good experience and this gentleman needs a raise. Amen.
Last year, a purchase, a $150 camera… I got the $16 protection plan… The protection plan was for two years… At the 12 month mark, our proceeded to use my camera again… It was defective… And without a hassle, Asurion is sending me a Gift receipt for the $150, so that I can re-purchase a camera.
Everything was super easy and the agent gave me plenty of time to find the information I needed to help with processing this claim

Last year when i lost my phone asurion did not honor my business phone policy said i had none
They said at first i had no policy I went to my verizon store and the manager call asurion to let them know that i had a policy, They even lent me a phone which the dim wit on the other side could not understand that the phone was a loner they kept insisting that the out dated model was not the phone lost
Anyway i guess my NYC attitude with the dim wits was too much so the conceled my insurance

Well the saga continued until 11/20/2023 remember it started on 11/16/2023 when i lost my phone
I contacted asurion again on saturday 11/18/2023 and have my local verizon spoke directly with asurion they confirmed my insurance and IMEI.
Asurion took my credit card information and email said i would be contacted if any problems
Well never got any email phone call and when i contacted asurion they no record of saturdays hour long phone call
NO record of the replacement phone they sent me in August of 2023 yes only two months before
TOP NOTCH COMPANY I THINK NOT
JUST TO REMIND YOU THIS IS A BUSINESS PHONE
Well god shined on me when when one workers found my phone in a material box
IF MY PHONE WAS NOT FOUND I WOULD BEEN OUT $ 700

I lost my phone today 11/16/2023 NOTE I OWN A BUSINESS went to my local verizon store Farmingdale NY where the head man loaned me a phone. For two days until i got my replacement phone. FOR this asurion says i cannot get a replacement phone for a month this is after they argued the point that I didn't have insurance
If you don't hear from me again asurion did the right thing
My agent was so knowledgeable and thorough that my issue with my grandson's lost phone was resolved VERY quickly. He's getting an upgrade from Samsung A13 to A15! The new phone is coming next day. This man was very pleasant, and laughed at my funny comments!
I highly recommend Asurion. Customer service could NOT be better.

I have been a Verizon customer for over 26 years and have never had issues switching to a new phone until today, but Jhoana made the transition quite easy with great directions that were easy to follow. So I ran over my phone with my daughter's scooter the day before I was flying out to the Caribbean for a week-long (much needed) vacation. My phone was a black screen and I needed to have it fixed before I left.
No luck at my local store with a replacement screen for my home, so off to Fairlawn I went. The Asurion rep greeted me promptly, assured me he would take care of my phone as best he could, with the possibility I would have to buy a new one if the new screen didn't fix it. Well luckily the new screen worked, hallelujah! And it only cost $29 to fix with my insurance!
He was prompt, professional and helpful. Thank you again!
