Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
It was stress free, agent made it simple and easy. I highly recommend them for all your protection plan needs.
I've been well taken care of my associates on the phone and chat, but your app doesn't give you enough information of your account your due date and it's hard to maneuver around
I purchased a phone for my wife, and it got damaged during her yoga class. It couldn't be fixed, so they replaced it with a brand-new unit. Remember, happy wife, happy life!

Bought couple of solar lights for house on ocean with very harsh weather. Lights lasted almost three years but weather cracked the screens and sensor bulbs. Had bought warranty for a couple dollars and just called up, gave them the facts and they reimbursed me with no other questions asked. Smooth operation.
It was quite challenging to properly sign the facilitation form electronically, but I figured it out. It was easy to submit the facilitation form but I kept receiving messages that I did not sign the form or have all the information correct.
I reached out to customer service via the chat for assistance and it was taken care of immediately. I appreciate Monica's help.

Filing the claim online was very easy. The shipping of the replacement phone was extremely fast. Activating the phone online using the chat agent was excellent and took only minutes.
I break you fix is unrealistic and it sux. For us that live over 60 miles away from a customer and their communication with other staff does not exist. It was a waste of my time and gas and nothing was fixed.

My husband purchased an item through Amazon about a year ago and I noticed it sitting out in the living room for a while so I thought I could use it! Well, he left it there cause it wasn't working. Since he tends to leave stuff laying around the house, I firgured he must have been to exhausted (rolling my eyes as I say that) to throw it away. Like a good wife I took the 15 extra steps and threw it away only to find out two days later that he didn't throw it away cause it had a warranty. He just hadn't had a chance in the two weeks it was sitting there to file for it. He was very upset with me cause now he wasn't going to get his money back because I threw it away.
The next day I chatted with Asurion and they said that things do need returned but they may be able to make an exception under the circumstances. I received the Amazon gift card the same day! Great Customer Service!

I have been having problems with my phone for about a month. My phone was very expensive and I really didn't want to purchase another phone especially since I just paid it off $450. Verizon gave me the info for TechCoach and she made my day with sending me a new phone.
