Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.
My phone was broke. I went to at&t they had me file a claim and I received my new upgraded phone within 2 days.
My iPhone battery needed replaced. It took me a little analyzing to figure out how to put in a claim but from that point there was a quick response and subsequently fast service. Only real delay was getting the battery to the repairman.
My husband and I got new phones and couldn't get them to register. I called the tech number and Jack was amazing! He not only helped me with my phone but also made time to help me get my husband's phone working. Simply amazing seeings how my husband is disabled and we need them in case of a medical emergency. Jack was great and didn't make me feel stupid, but instead made me feel great.
My account had a few problems and she fixed my problems and then asked if she could complete my warranty claim to expedite my time. She did it expertly, Thank you!
I have had this company at least 2 years but have recently kept my plan the last year. Such good service I made a claim for the first time ended up not needing it but they were so great about the entire process.

Expectations were not only met but exceeded. We had an appointment and walked in with a little anxiety being ready to hear the worst but my wife had I were met with the up most professional service and kindness are worries were left outside. Everyone at the Centennial AT&T store are absolutely phenomenal! Davion swiftly answered all our questions and set us up with Dominick the wizard that repairs the electronics and wow Dominick with the knowledge of our Samsung 23 ultra phones was amazing. Not only did Dominick fix my cracked screen in a timely manner but he also took the time to show us more techniques and capabilities that our phones have that my wife and i were unaware of. All in all this crew are the A-team even to the end holding the door open for all the customers walking in and out. A+ 100%
I just tried to transfer all my stuff to the new Iphone without reading directions or using help... and I was not able to pull it off. I finally decided to use the chat and it was really amazing. Summer saved my life. She was patient and kind and we did it! Yup. She needs a big raise. I of course have no money, but if you can find some extra cash. Please give her a bonus..

The process to get another device is quick and I didn't have to wait on hold forever they take care of there customers there's a processing fee but I wouldn't work for free either it's not bad when u think about it
