Purchased the warranty through Amazon, the tech support is great and makes the warranty worth it.

My heat press suddenly stopped working so I needed to file a claim. Agent was helpful and very efficient. Claim was filed and taken care of promptly.

I had made a mistake when filing my claim. I contacted Asurion and Jennelyn helped me. I am very grateful because it was my error, but she saved me time because she handed it from her end. Thank you, Jennelyn!

My IPhone was rebooting many times during the day and something was killing the battery. Just a couple of tech support calls then one call to Asurion and my new upgraded phone was delivered the next day.

Website is always down and having issues midway through the claim which makes you repeat the process over and over until you're forced to click chat with someone BUT the chat is very easy and helpful, resolve your issue faster by chatting

Went AT&T store to buy new phone and was told I had insurance to cover cost of new phone. Did all the necessary paperwork and the new phone came next day

My S23 Ultra's screen was cracked. I brought it in for repair. Carlos exhibited superb customer service skills by GREETING ME, introducing himself, assessing the situation and setting my expectations. He also made me aware of the Maintenance mode that my phone offers to allow him to complete the repair and test the device before handing it back to me providing an additional measure of comfort. If this is how Asurion usually operates then I will always opt for their protection.

Tech was an absolute pleasure to work with. Fast, efficient, and great customer service skills. She was conversational so that the entire experience wasn't boring or mundane. She knew what she was doing, and worked quickly to activate the phone. This was my mother's phone, which was stolen. I received it and restored the backup, and Annie helped me activate the phone over chat. A+++++ Give her a raise already!

Also, Clyde and Brice in our Stillwater, Ok ATT store, went out of their way to answer my questions and assisted me with my insurance claim. Thanks guys! It's days like today where I'm thankful I've stayed with ATT for over 20 years.

I could not find the "start a claim" button on my app so I chatted in for help with finding the correct link. Billy picked up my chat, and with a few questions he was able to file the claim for me. This all took less than 10 minutes and I am very satisfied. Thank you Billy!

Sent me tracker text's/ emails I knew when where and what time to expect my replacement. Setup was great transferred my data to new iPhone within 15 mins. Box and packing slip to send broken phone back took 2 mins to pack up. Very impressed!

I was one of those folks who assumed my phone insurance wasn't really a necessity. I was proven wrong. AT&T saw my crushed beyond belief iphone and gave me a look that seemed to say, WHOA. They set me up with Asurion, the insurance I had but never thought I'd really use, and I lucked out. NOT only did I get great service to fix my screen, but an honest convo about why it was beyond fixing, and how I could start the process with getting a new one FedEx'd to me. Everything worked out, and I'm happy with everyone who helped along the way. I won't doubt having security for my devices, and neither should you.

This was super simple,easy and quick made the first claim the day of the incident got the screen replaced with in a cool hours but they couldn't fix the camera and the phone was bent. Filed a second claim to get replacement phone which was super simple and had the refurbished replacement phone with in two days. Great experience!

Not the first time i have used Asurion and they have always come through and is always easy to deal with.
