I use asurion through AT&t it really does come in handy when you need it. I appreciate that you can get the issue corrected and then the payment is put on to your bill rather than paying up front. I'm insured on all my electronics with asurion!

I've been with AT&T for over 10 years and using their Insurance for the same length. I've never had a problem with this company (asurion) and always Get my devices within the timeframe told. Any troubles, the customer Support team is very helpful and effective!

My phone arrived within thr day of me placing my claim. I had a bit difficulty getting the eSIM to work but the tech I was working with figured it out rather quickly & got my phone activated. Very patient. Love the experience & recommend to the clumsy people like me & my hubby, insurance for your phone is a life saver! Especially with how expensive they are!

I sent my Fitbit with a faulty battery back for repair 2 months ago and never heard back. I just now got in touch with customer service and they are telling me to expect a call back from their servicer within a business day. I don't understand why it took them this long to follow up? It sort of makes the protection plan useless, Ive already looked into buying a replacement product at this point.

I've nothing but positive interactions from your staff. I have worked in customer service for many years, so I'm well aware of some of the individuals you have to deal with. Even I wasn't exactly being the most wonderful example of courteousness when I was complaining about replacing a fold phone only after 2 months because of a defect completely out of my control. But they were very patient and empathetic without seeming fake or going through the motions. In fact, by the end of our conversation she had sold me on an insurance plan for all my devices. So I when I called, I was pisses that I had to shell out money for a working device, and by the end I was convinced to give you guys more, so that says something about your team.

It's a must to buy the insurance these days. It has paid for itself several times now. I just printout the paper with information on it and keep it with the box. Then it's easy to find when i need it. They are very helpful and do an excellent job.

The issue I was having with my phone has been on going. Dan was able to walk me through several options on how to resolve. Unfortunately the phone would not cooperate. His direction was complete and concise and int he end he helped with ordering a replacement phone. It was a seamless transaction.

I talk to Dennis at Asurion and very quickly he processed my claim and is sending us a E gift certificate to buy a new unit and we don't even have to send back the old one! This was by far the easiest claim I filed ever!

My boyfriend and I had gone into the AT&T store to get him a new phone because his was stolen and when we went in there, the guy told us he wouldn't help us report the phone phone, but he would help me get my new screen protector, and that we have to go on Asurion.com it was really easy to report the phone stolen So I did it in front of the store since I was a little upset the guy wouldn't help us as I was sitting in my car. I went on asurion and it took less than 10 minutes and was very easy. I was very surprised and very happy.

I pay for insurance through Verizon and have the best and most expensive plan available. I use my cellphone for work so it is very important. So, when my phone got stolen I thought I would be covered. Unfortunately, I was charged a $250 copay for the replacement. The delivery time was 1-2 business days but I lost it on Friday night, so went the entire weekend without a phone. On Monday, I could finally track the shipment and it was estimated delivery from 9am-7pm. I waited around all day and had to miss work only for it to arrive at 7:30 and miss it to repeat the process the next day with no option to edit the delivery drop off. You think there would be a better window for delivery! After finally receiving my phone, I could not connect it to cell service and every instruction they provided was asking me to call customer support or use my old phone. Hello! I filed a claim for a stolen phone.
I ended up having to go into a Verizon store the next day to have it connected. (wish there was an option to just go pick up a new phone from there in the first place)
I've used this insurer before a few years back and was able to have next day delivery with a technician to assist in set up.
For what I pay every month, that is the service I'd expect. Seems like they have majorly downgraded services and I will be looking into other options for my phone insurance.
Overall infuriating process and would not recommend to anyone

Pool sweeper stopped working. Contacted Asurion and was told that it was still under manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer said it was not. Chatted with Goldie from Asurion. Explained situation. After apologizing, literally took her less than 10 minutes to get my information, look it up, and issue full refund. Have had great experiences with other products before. Will ALWAYS purchase Asurion Protection Plan when offered.

I dropped my phone in the river and had to get a replacement. I had chosen phone because of camera features. So I wanted something comparable. The phones they were offering were not comparable with the camera functions. They worked with me and found me a phone that was comparable. It was easy to transfer all of my apps and information, and if they've been with me through the whole process. I had to call customer service because of a Bluetooth issue, which was quickly resolved. I'm very happy with this company!

I bought my FIL (92 yrs old) a refurbished iPhone, unlocked, good price. He'd been using an android the past few years. We took it to the ATT store got data transferred his hearing aids working (we thought). Later that day, Thursday, he called and said hearing aids weren't working, going to ATT. They couldn't get them working, said faulty device. In their defense, the tech (same guy) is very knowledgeable. I started a claim Friday mid-afternoon. Told FIL 1-2 business days to get replacement. That evening I got an email saying the shipment was on the way and would be here the next morning, which it was! WOW
Meanwhile FIL got them working and we have tested them many times since without fail. It's a setup thing with hearing aids that is difficult. I'll be sending the replacement item back tomorrow. Never opened the box until today to find documentation about returning it. Thought a few days here just in case was O.K. Great support and I received a text, via Amazon, from the vendor and Asurion. First time dealing with them. Very impressed.

I always purchase Asurion policies for the expensive stuff and I've had to use 2 of my policies from Asurion, and both times they have been great! I always think of warranty providers as trying to get out of covering you, but this company always makes it hassle free, which is awesome cause you're already bummed about having your product not work so it's awesome that even the interaction with them is super easy.
