Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Lost a phone, stop by the closest store so I could call or have them help me get the process started. Nope, manager could not dial 1-800 outgoing call, and then the online, asks to send a link to the phone. Someone has disconnect there, and totally forgot people can loose phones and what happens if the screen is so damaged you can't see it. Totally stupid! Drive home and call, now the representative 1st tells me it will be there that evening. Sweet, I wait, I wait, then check email that the delivery will not happen and they canceled my claim. Called back, filled another claim. Remember cannot do this online. They explained it had to come from a warehouse and would come next day, nope. Wrong again, came the day after.

I was flustered, frustrated and exhausted having issues with my situation. I opened a chat and much to my fortune was paired with Diana. She was kind patient, personable, knowledgeable and helpful. It was simply a pleasure chatting with her and she resolved everything for me! And quickly!
My wife got a new iPhone and the transfer was a little bumpy. We had to chat with the tech coach to get one of her apple watches paired up. The process was tedious for us because my wife and I are not tech savvy at all. It took awhile but we were patient and so was our tech coach, April. We finally got the watch paired up and backup restored. April did an excellent job. Thank you.
So glad I bought the warranty from Asurion for a pool cleaner 3 years ago! The item died on me and contact Asurion for help. They went above and beyond to assist and the process was smooth. Just verify the purchase date, item description, and model # is all they need to complete my claim.

Purchased a renewed PS2 Slim for retro gaming from Amazon. Decided to purchase the Asurion Unlimited Protection Plan along with it. About 6 months later, a cup of juice was spilled onto the console, which leaked into the system. The purchase of the protection plan was a great decision as it covered the item 100%. Tech support was easy to chat with and the item only took around 10 days to repair and returned to me. 10/10 would recommend.
Walked in AT&T, I was greeted right away. Repair tech came out, he explained the process and told me it would take 30-40 mins to repair, I waited in store. It was quick and my phone is brand new again!
So far they have responded well. If something go south before completing the promised solution I will return and expand this.

While placing a claim the site timed out, so I decided to chat with customer service to make sure my claim was placed. The customer support agent filed the claim for me quickly and easily. I received an email with instructions and shipping label to send out my product to have it repaired within minutes.
Customer service was fast and courteous and very knowledgeable and patient with me looking up information needed for claim.

My iPhone e 15 screen was punctured and I took it to "Ubreakifix" which is an Asurion affiliate.
They told me to come back in 90 minutes and it was definitely ready like brand new in 90 minutes.I am so glad I have Asurion insurance because I would've had to pay $400 for the repair. I only paid $50.
I had an appointment for expert to deliver and set up between 1 and 3 pm, around noon I got a call saying they were short handed so it would be between 7 and 9 pm. Shortly after 6pm I received a message saying they couldn't deliver. I called and they scheduled for the next day between 1 and 3 pm. Guess what, I received another message saying they couldn't deliver. I called again and requested to have it sent to me. I got it from FedEx the next afternoon! I should have done that to begin with!

Asurion (Monica, to be exact) was very kind to help us with our issues. She immediately went to work to get us the best solution to our problem. The whole process was quick and easy. I left the chat feeling relieved to know my problems were truly cared about and being solved by a company who puts their customers first.
My iPhone stop working and only would call 911 wouldn't let me do nothing else and AT&T helped me with the insurance and I got the phone the next day. This was the best ever Thank you so much.
